    The only things that this "article" and post establish is that the writer has no ****ing clue how FISA (and regular courts) even operate.

    You apply for a FISA warrant, and it's a complicated task requiring facts, details and forthrightness. The judge is not required to have a "hearing" and notify the target of the warrant--after all, wouldn't that tip them off that they're the subject of a criminal investigation? ****ing duh.

    This assclownery conspiracy theory makes no ****ing sense and caters to the ignorant.

    It's common for judges to not fully read through and logically think about warrants before they sign off on them.
    They'll just rely on how it is being represented to them.

    Realistically, judges have a lot of paperwork submitted in front of them and it's difficult to go through it all giving it the attention it deserves.
    They'll just pay attention to the rough outline to get an idea what it looks like.

    It's worse than just warrants, sometimes we are talking about entire criminal cases here!

    The date when judge Contrera's signed Carter Pages FISA renewal on that list of things you'd like to see? I doubt that. And if Rudy & Peter & Lisa wanted you to know, they'd have invited Tom Fitton to a cocktail party. :roflol:
