High capacity magazines are nothing more than a means for one person to have the ability to start a small war, if that person so chooses to do so. No person possessing common sense, would support such madness.

Roof was able to reload 5 times. Didn't slow him down much at all. Only a progressive who has never handled a gun in his/her life would think this is going to do anything. And criminals are still going to be able to get these magazines easily. Like always, only law abiding non violent gun owners will be affected (perhaps that's the idea?)

High capacity magazines have many legitimate uses including self defense.

This law strictly and absolutely serves one purpose which is to make ordinary people weaker.

No form of gin control exists for any other reason and the arguments in favor of such laws fail all tests of logic.

Now waitaminit, if the higher capacity magazines don't really make much difference in speed of fire why do YOU want them? In fact, given the way you're talking, what good are they at all? The Roof guy only shot 9 people, so didn't have much use for high capacity. The VA tech shooter lined his victims up execution style. The guy in Newtown did use high capacity, and this did enable him to kill 20 little kids before they could all scatter and escape or hide

Again, it seems you are arguing that you need the hc magazine because you may need to kill several people rapidly in a riot, then you turn right around and say that they don't really help shooters to do exactly that. You can't have it both ways.
