    Is that true or not?

Rosenstein was acting AG until Barr. Why did they let mueller indict people with no evidence? Why would they let the indictments stand? Why would Barr let mueller put out a report with false accusations?
None of this makes any sense unless it was Russia!

The DOJ has authority over a non-DOJ member?

You should read your own source, but thanks for saving me the trouble of looking it up.

    (b) The Special Counsel shall not be subject to the day-to-day supervision of any official of the Department.

    (d) The Special Counsel may be disciplined or removed from office only by the personal action of the Attorney General.

Why’d they let him retire and give him a party if he was spying on trump and allowed Russia to be charged with bogus crimes and fake evidence??!

Because giving him an omelet bar doesn't mean they can't drag him later.

Come on, you’re gonna make me embarrass you??

    (a) A Special Counsel shall comply with the rules, regulations, procedures, practices and policies of the Department of Justice.

    Directly after what you posted:
However, the Attorney General may request that the Special Counsel provide an explanation for any investigative or prosecutorial step, and may after review conclude that the action is so inappropriate or unwarranted under established Departmental practices that it should not be pursued.

    (c) The Special Counsel and staff shall be subject to disciplinary action for misconduct and breach of ethical duties under the same standards and to the same extent as are other employees of the Department of Justice. Inquiries into such matters shall be handled through the appropriate office of the Department upon the approval of the Attorney General.

And lost his pension. All McCabe did was leak and lie. You think Rosenstein spies on trump and framed Russia....but he gets full pension and a party attended by Barr.
You know this doesn’t make any ****ing sense, why not just say so?!?

    Sure.

Embarrass me by pointing out that the special prosecutor is independent of the DOJ for day to day supervision of ANYONE at DOJ, and that the only person who can discipline the SP is the AG, and only then under certain circumstances.

    Of course it makes sense.

Are you under the assumption that both men did exactly the same things and neither cooperated?

You have no idea what happened. You're just guessing.

Your history of guessing for the last couple years hasn't been very accurate either.

    I don't know.

What does the DNC provided evidence say.

The indictment quotes evidence that did not come from the DNC
