    They released it after they decided to release it there was nothing to get caught while they made sure the money would not be used corruptly and we STILL need to get the investigations going with the cooperation of the Ukraine.

    Let me repeat...they released the aid two DAYS after the WB complaint hit Congress...after holding it up for months while they tried to work their extortion scheme.

    And the DOD has certified that corruption was NOT an significant issue...way back in JUNE and that the aid should be released
