All choices are accurate, legitimate greivances. I think drugs and Fed are two that we can most easily force a change, that will most effectively lessen the effects of the rest.

If we get rid of our stupid war on drugs, we'd save billions between law enforcement, court time, housing people in jail .....

We'd probably save enough to get mental health and/or drug rehab to everyone who needs it.

The only drug rehab to me, is not partaking in narcotics consumption to begin with. Too many people like to escape reality, i.e. narcotics and alcohol consumption, instead of facing life head on because even if you do not, life will continue to be as you make it or made it, so I say, NO to drug rehab and mental health because it will only be used to further exacerbate the problem of narcotics consumption and never get to the root cause of said narcotics consumption. The only way to address the causative factor(s) that lead to escapism is for the person to address the root cause. They know the cause, but as long as people have an escape route, they will use it, leading to more money having to be spent on their problem(s). I would have no problem with a person spending their own money, but I do have a problem with the same being paid for by the general public, collectively.

I think it will be hard for me to have a discussion with someone who doesn't believe chemical imbalance in the brain is a real issue that many people deal with on a daily basis. Your unwillingness to acknowledge this scientific fact makes any other response as to why people self-medicate, meaningless.

Nothing like a SELF-INFLICTED WOUND to start your day. also, if you deem it an impossibility to discuss narcotics consumption as well as alcohol and other types of consumption used as a means of ESCAPISM, then why did you post a response?
    In response to this:
Divisions among peoples and a groups of people are natural because everyone has a difference of opinion or thought about any given subject. It sounds to me, that those who proclaim "diversity" really despise true diversity.

    Yeah, I know, I'm a stinker.

gotta start with corruption, only once that's fixed will we be able to fix the other issues...

first on my list would be:
    • politicians can't make bank during their terms
    • no paid endorsements
    • no paid speeches
    • no outside businesses
    • no keeping left over campaign funds
    • stop all corporate (pac) contributions
    • only allow private citizen donations, not to exceed $1000 per individual per year
    • no paid for tv ads, no donated ads
    • all 'network' channels must broadcast every debate (live) for every candidate. they can claim a one time tax deduction for this service and cannot accept any other funds from other sources
    • NO more social media (close down all social media for the entire year preceding & up to election date)
there's more, but i gotta make a beer run...

~ I would select all. I add one: Vote fraud.
Yes ... I am one who does not believe in "voter suppression". Fact is I believe the opposite - it's too easy to vote illegally.
I suppose I would also like to see term limits for all political appointments - including Supreme Court Justices.

Government overreach and the desire for more of it as related to firearms is far and away number 1.
Yes i am a centerist i have the test results to prove it..

2nd issue is massive government overspending.

I put "other" b/c the answer for Libertarians is "all of the above" and more.

Most of the options listed could be righted quickly if we simply returned to the "original interpretation" of the Constitution; but that won't happen given the fact that Americans have been so poorly educated they haven't a clue about their government, history, economics, etc.

If I had to pick one on the list it would be the Deep State. We have to root out all of those corrupt Democrats and leftists if we are to survive much longer.

Trump has no authority to shut down twitter.. i know many people struggle with this but Trump, and i am not saying it's a good quality, says a bunch of crap. He is not even seriously thinking about shutting down twitter, he's just a loud mouth. Besides, Trump leans left anyway.

I'm well aware that he has no power to shut down twitter, that's why I said threatens. It's not for lack of trying though https://www.dailydot.com/debug/trump-social-media-executive-order/
To accuse them of stifling his free speech for fact-checking his erroneous claims and then threatening to silence them is an irony many of his most rabid supporters appear to be missing though.
Maybe he does ''lean left'' on some issues. ''Take away their guns and worry about the 2nd amendment later'' might be another example of his contempt for the constitution.
I like the way you have decided you can't support him and the party he leads anymore and blame him being a lefty to excuse the right for electing him. Hopefully, that attitude will put an end to the madness come November.
I'd recommend voting for a third party such as the Greens as neither of the main parties has an acceptable candidate.
