Losing friends over politics

    I agree with you only to add that i'm not someone to sit in a rocking chair waiting to die; i like to get out and do things that I'm physically able to do and enjoy life to its fullest. I've too many friends who are in their late sixties and early seventies who have no hobbies/interests and sit all day in front of the tv; however if that's there thing, then so be it. Anyhow that's what i mean about thinking young. I equate it with thinking young.

    I'll have to survive on apples after the apocalypse (Mate had over 90 apple trees) and rabbit.

    Cool. We're on the same page then.

    There's nothing more ageing than a mature person trying to be 'young'. It shows that you hate the ageing process, which in turn shows that you must in fact, be old. A genuinely young person doesn't hate ageing, because they haven't really done it yet. That's why 35 year olds are okay with grey hair, but 55 year olds aren't. It's all very Psych 101.

    They can do what I did; I shaved my head bald. I just tell people that I'm a basketball player; at least it's good for a couple of laughs. :)
