    I think the Bay of Fundy is in our collective conscience as a miraculous phenomenon, not a bellwether for what will happen anywhere else.

    Americans are more likely to respond to what is happening in cities they are near or know about.

    Check out the city of Miami Beach. Watch what is happening in Chesapeake Bay. How long can we save New Orleans, where parts are below sea level. We've seen what happens when New Orleans floods. Even if we manage to get everyone moved, losing the city will be significant.

    Plus, it would be great if more Americans were to recognize the capabilities of science. The last I heard, the only group of Americans who remain unconvinced are older Republicans. However, that doesn't mean there aren't enough others to make rational response difficult.

    I don't see any reference to warming in that. Plus, it's entirely passive and includes no indication of time - and these older Republicans clearly back a passive path, one of doing nothing.

    Also, not all older Republicans are Christians. Trump, for just one example.

    If you can show success in your direction, that would be great, of course.

    Willingness to invest money, effort and talent in greening the deserts is in my opinion the key to this......

    CIA economist Jim Rickards give the logic as to why he fears a one hundred trillion dollar meltdown in the Derivatives markets.

    In my opinion it is far, far, far, far better to divert a hundred trillion into Tikkun Olam that focuses on turning deserts green...... as opposed to just allow the world to slide into another Bear Market somewhat like 1929!


    This is an e-mail to President Trump that I posted to a lot of President Trump support groups to get people to begin to look at all this somewhat differently than in the past. CIA economist Jim Rickards gave what is probably good advice to investors when it comes to getting prepared for a possible meltdown in Derivatives... but.....

    ... my advice is to ordinary voters to rise up and become educated and convince political leaders to set in motion a series of events that could prevent a Bear market, (another 1929)!
