That one is crap, single element filtration, which does nothing to protect the wearer and by design provides zero protection to others, should the wearer be infected.

The 3M respirator has a fiber pre-filter, two layers of electrostatic filtration and a carbon gas trap, it can actually trap a virus protecting the wearer (me) whereas that other one is 100% virtue signalling and 0% protection for the wearer and those around the wearer.

And that is a major problem with masks, people have no clue as to how they work or don't work, they wear them to show off how much they care about others, or think they are protecting themselves, something masks are not designed to do and cannot do.

Using a mask like the one you posted is akin to using a chain link fence to keep mosquitoes out of your yard.

There was the initial OH no one can fly because that puts you in a confined tube with other people. But as this study shows that's a false conclusion and following proper protocols flying produces very little risk that you would contract COVID and especially if you just leave the overhead vent open and blowing on you, that's filtered air and will keep an viruses from getting to you.
