Abstinence from masturbation will produce a much higher gain in testosterone than any short term boost from cranking one out.

And I didn't say severe problem but there are physical effects mainly difficulty achieving orgasm through intercourse and erectile dysfunction under normal sexual stimulation.

Humans are one of the few animals without a penis bone. We are designed for sex to be about more than just procreation. We have no direct control over our erections so we must be stimulated by our partner. Sex bonds the pair or at least it should if you are good at it. The old testament and Jewish law especially emphasize the importance of a good sex in a loving relationship.

You guys looking to up your game here is a great line should the opportunity ever present itself.

When ever a woman who you are interested in says that sex isn't that big of a deal in a relationship tell her 'Oh really. Look at me in the eyes and tell me that staring into each others eyes as you climax isn't a bid deal.'

Not only. I think that no woman ever would allow a man to masturbate himself, women reserve it to be their exclusive privilege to do. I believe that is why it is categorically against the law. This may also be the reason why every woman things that every man should be circumscized, as a preventative measure. If masturbation was allowed for a male on himself, I guess there would be no inter-personal sex, and we would all die out. Logical enough reason to have it illegal, I think.
