If Pro-life Canadians will flood the membership of Mr. Maxime Bernier's People's Party of Canada then an anti-feticide bill could be put before Parliament within years....... or even sooner if a Pro-life Conservative, Liberal, NDP or Green Party M. P. will table it even before the 2019 federal election.

I am willing to campaign on it here in Central - Nova. It will be a significant part of my platform to be given the PPC nomination for Central - Nova.

Andrew Scheer, I am willing to take on either M. P. Sean Fraser or M.P. Bill Casey.

    Honorable Minister Mr. Maxime Bernier:

Leadership is a word subject to definition and quite a few PPC members will be disappointed that
I have announced my intentions to challenge you Sir..........
but.... first things need to be put first and I believe that drastic measures need to be taken to
put either you.... or Mr. Andrew Scheer into the office of P. M. in 2019 and to put either Mr. Andrew Scheer or you, into the position of National Leader of the party that holds the balance of power that puts either you or Mr. Scheer into the office of Prime Minister. I really don't know about all
provinces of Canada.... but Splitting the Conservative Vote is definitely an issue here in Nova Scotia.

I got asked about this so many times on Facebook that I had to come up with a reply......
and it is better for both of us as well as for the PPC if my proposal is clearly my fault........
    not yours Sir!

Mr. Maxime Bernier...... it is my advice that the first PPC National Leadership Convention should be delayed until after the 2019 federal election because..... I would obviously have an unfair advantage over you Sir..... if indeed Pro-Life Canadians did flood the membership of the People's Party of Canada!

I look forward to meeting you in Halifax on January 18, 2019 Sir!

    All the best for 2019!

Should P. M. Justin Trudeau apologize for what his dad back in 1974 and....

Here is one of the major reasons why Canadian women feel pressured into having an abortion. They feel that our economic situation leaves them with really no choice other than to take the risk of living in relative poverty along with their child. This situation has been forced on them and we need to be more well informed about this.

After P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau's colossal error here is how the national debt of
    Canada spiralled out of control:

My guess is that he was pressured into doing this so that the same thing could be
    arranged in the USA:

Many wealthy people believe that the only way to keep the lower class working
hard is to keep them head over heels in debt and kind of hungry.

    The Public-Debt Problem

Here is how I explained this back in 2006 when I campaigned for the office of M. L. A. as an independent:

From 1940 to 1974 the Government of Canada put roughly half of the total money supply into the economy through loans issued through the federally owned Bank of Canada. Provincial and municipal governments could borrow the money to build roads, schools, hospitals and sewage treatment facilities at zero or one percent interest. In 1974 we changed our system and since that time a higher and higher percentage of all government debt is financed through loans issued through privately owned banks. At this time it is ninety eight percent. This policy may be great for our banking sector but it was estimated that in the one year of 1995 alone our federal government could have saved roughly SIXTY FIVE BILLION DOLLARS in interest payments if we had gone back to creating half the total money supply through these low interest rate loans issued through the bank that is OWNED BY ALL CANADIANS.

Considering that our deficit was approximately thirty billion dollars for that year, simply by changing back to an already proven monetary and banking system, we could theoretically have had a FEDERAL BUDGET SURPLUS OF THIRTY FIVE BILLION DOLLARS in 1995.

The massive cutbacks in the Canadian military, in health care, highway construction, social programs and education were profoundly affected by these accounting practices?

So what can you and I do about this problem?

My 2006, 2008, 2016 and 2004 campaign writings as ART.

This article is relevant to this proposed anti-feticide bill:

    https://nationalpost.com/opinion/le...-are-not-happening-in-canada-without-a-reason

Today's letters: Late-term abortions are not happening in Canada without a ‘reason’
No physician in Canada can terminate a pregnancy over 24 weeks without serious indications. The assertion that late-trimester abortions can be performed “for any reason, or no reason at all” is just not true.

Many American Women Have Felt Pressured into Abortions, Study Finds

At the least an anti-feticide bill ..... if passed in the Canadian Parliament.........would reduce the probability of a woman being pressured into a third trimester abortion........ or even a partial birth abortion by somebody whose opinion they value.

    Honorable Minister Candice Bergen:

My apologies if this is a rude thing to do but I will be forwarding this message out
to public discussion forums because I believe that there are many, many advantages to
the proposed cooperation between the CPC and the PPC that I have been discussing with
    many Canadians.

I posted the following message to your Facebook wall as a comment to the cartoon about
Santa being stuck in the convoy:

"Greetings from Central Nova. I am a member of the PPC but I plan on mounting a campaign to challenge Max for the leadership and one of my opening gambits is to promote a plan to run no PPC candidate against you.... and M. P. Michelle Rempel. Many PPC members would see this as a promising possible answer to the question of Vote Splitting."
    https://www.facebook.com/CandiceBergenMp/
    Hon. Candice Bergen, MP

"Personally I would love to see this basic idea expanded to include eighty percent or more of CPC incumbent M. P's but I am almost certain that many PPC electoral district associations would not agree to this......... but the idea is promising. We must prioritize defeating P. M. Justin Trudeau and his gambit to go EXTREME LEFT in an election where the NDP is vulnerable....... could be an effective political strategy. He should NOT be mis-underestimated."

My plan includes stacking the membership of the PPC with my pro-life friends so that I might be able to
mount a successful leadership bid against the Honorable Minister Mr. Maxime Bernier but..........
if a "Ban on intra-cardiac potassium chloride injections on singletons" were to be introduced by a pro-life
Conservative M. P. then this would pretty much steal our thunder.

I just gave some statistics in this discussion on how many women actually felt pressured into
having an abortion....... so it seems like a worthy cause to at least debate giving women some legal
protection against being forced into a third trimester abortion that they actually don't want to have.

Thank you for considering this information M. P. Bergen.

"Mr. Andrew Scheer, would you be willing to allow a Conservative M. P. to table a private members bill to ban intra-cardiac potassium chloride injections on singletons?
Technically this would be an anti-feticide bill..... not an anti-abortion law..... and if I got elected here in Nova Scotia I would have to be a sitting member of parliament for at least one year before I could put this before parliament." (August 13, 2018)

"Gregory: Your are welcome in our party. I have said I would not personally reopen that debate but I am open to it if MPs want to debate it and would allow a free vote if an MP tables a private member’s bill on the issue.? (Maxime Bernier)

I admit it... I am hoping that an anti-feticide bill could set in motion the process that will lead to the unification of the political right here in Canada.
