"Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas) said former President Trump should tell his supporters to stay away from Congress Thursday as intelligence indicates a right-wing militia could be planning an attack on the Capitol.

“I think President Trump has a responsibility to tell them to stand down. This threat is credible and it’s real,” McCaul said on CNN Wednesday."

Why is this important?

Michael McCaul (R-TX-10) is the ranking Republican on the House foreign affairs committee and Chairman emeritus of the House Homeland Security committee (he is still on that committee). What this means is that Rep. McCaul is one of the very few Reps and Senators who gets detailed intelligence reports on threats from both outside and inside the USA.

A number of "stop the steal" deadenders and other such low-information mentally and emotionally challenged MAGAts are now subscribing to the wild and wooly Q-Anon theory that the actual inauguration date is March 4th and that today, March 4th, Trump will reappear in Washington DC and take control of the White House and send Joe Biden to jail, yadayadayada. To this end, the extreme right-radical, dangerously unamerican, racist, xenophobic "3 percenters" are planning a second armed attack on the US Capitol today. They have also made open threats to literally blow up the capitol building.

Sounds wild and crazy, but apparently, there is enough solid intelligence to back up the possibility that this really could happen, either today or on the day that our nation's 46th President, Joe Biden (D) will give the SOTU (date yet unannounced), that the US House of Representatives is not meeting today. And if a Republican like McCaul is saying that the information is kosher, then that says something.

Of course, March 4th is not inauguration day. January 20th is. But until the inauguration of 1936, inauguration day was indeed March 4th. That date was changed in the 20th amendment to the US Constitution, which was introduced in 1932, ratified early in 1933 and on the presidential level, took effect in 1936. So, FDR was inaugurated for his first term on March 4th, 1933 and then on January 20th, 1936 for his second term and since then, every president has been inaugurated on January 20th.

Of couse, that ****ed-up dottering imbecilic fool Donald Trump will do no such thing. He loves attention and his 3 inch penis gets an almost hard-on when he see violence, this much we have learned over the last almost 6 years now, culminating in his abhorrent, treacherous, traitorous behavior on January 6th. This is precisely the reason why Joe Biden cleaned his clock on November 3rd, 2020.

We have long reached the point where this MAGA malarkey is no longer "peaceful protest". Just as this murderous, insane bullshit was sedition and conspiracy against the United State of America on January 6th, 2021, (and many, many MAGA fools are going to jail, nööö) so it is now as well.

If the 3 percenters and the ****ed-up "oath keepers" think that this time, they can overrun the Capitol, I do believe they have another thing coming to them this time. I could write some of my harsher feelings about this, but it would likely get me banned, so I will just leave it at that but at the same time kindly remind that Karma can be a really, really nasty bitch.

Am I more intelligent than our intelligence agencies in that I KNOW BEYOND ALL DOUBT that no attack will occur today? I doubt it. What then is the motive for blatant falsehoods about a "possible attack" on Washington? I believe the motive is to discredit and otherize 70 million Trump voters and to keep boiling the frog. McCaul's quote has 2 major flaws...

He left out the word "Former"....

He's also wrong that he assumes T**** knows what "responsibility" is or means..
