Not even stoners buy into the extreme right QAnon conspiracies. That takes a very SPECIAL kind of mindset where there is no reality.

The distinction explains why we hear "right-wing" more than "left-wing" from the media when talking about extremists.

Yeah, who knows how or why the leftists got to use that term, because everything they stand for is regressive in nature. Lest we forget that during the campaign joe biden told America that he would be America's most 'progressive' president. A tiny one month snapshot of biden's time in the White House basement enacting executive orders meant to and is destroying America at its roots/borders gives us the real meaning to 'progressive' as it applies to leftists in general. To me, 'progressive' as it applies to leftists is no different then calling them 'socialists'. From what I've seen...liberals/leftists are perfectly content in accepting either or both of those un American ideologies to use in identifying their political base.

You're looking for the exact wording? Wouldn't a simple Google search satisfy that urge?

An entirely risible statement. Democrats have been running so far and so hard to the left since Obama that people who have merely stood still look, from their perspective as their moving right.

It is interesting to note that even as the American complains about Trump being a Fascist- he wasn't but that's a different thread - their biggest complaint about his handling of covid boils down to him not being fascist enough.
