Merrick Garland wouldn't recommend approval for AG search warrant for Unabomber's cabin: Former FBI

Perfect can we get an arrest already? Jesus, if this is the crime and it's legit don't, they now have evidence? Get on with it or is this administration soft on crime or something?

 

And yet, of the three books he has written, he never mentioned it once, did he? For something that important or that consequential, he never mentioned it, not even willing to testify against Merrick Garland in his confirmation hearing as AG. So, why now?

Second, his statement needs more context. Considering that Ted Kaczynski's name was not known until AFTER parts of this 35000 manifesto were published to the public and his brother identified him as a possible suspect, it is not very likely a search warrant would require his approval considering he was just an ordinary joe. He was the lead prosecutor for his conviction, not an FBI agent who was attempting to search a high-ranking political person.

 

The FBI is known for attracting the Cream of the Crop when it comes to investigators. But within the Cream of the Crop there is always the Crap of the Cream.

 

I agree charges should be brought up.
