This is a pretty minor thing though, it's not like free college for all where it would require a massive increase in tax to placate the left, would be relatively cheap. So meh. What do you feel you are sacrificing exactly by a person using the bathroom? When you are at home do you have sex segregated bathrooms? Or camping in the woods?
Unfortunately it's cases that make sense that set a precedent for further cases that are craziness. The court probably felt that this was a case where they should just look the other way and let the child do his thing, but now activist judges are going to take that and roll with it, applying it in all cases.
I am still laughing my butt off at guys who call themselves girls competing in sports and winning. Hahaha! How long before some guy calls himself a girl just to compete in pro sports with women? And seeing that this ruling is about a school system if a 70 year old man is hiding in the bathroom they have some serious security concerns. I’m not even an advocate of man trans issues but the bathroom thing is absurd. If you feel your child could be in danger then go to a family restroom if available or take her into the bathroom with you — it’s perfectly legal and acceptable. You still didn’t answer the question.
