We have several Russian trolls here pushing conspiracy theories and trashing the US government.

Pretty bad when people who believe in more than one source of information are called russian trolls. I would imagine this is the same sort of thing you heard in the old USSR, if someone believed in more than just the official sources of info, and is still used in communist china and NK today. We must of course fear other sources of info, for the american people are too stupid to process info, which means they are also too stupid or trusted enough to even vote.

I see the old USSR mentality being used by americans here. We used to think this was very bad, and yet here we are, some of us, acting just like the communists used to act.

Well, if you want to listen to William Binney, Ron Paul, Ray McGovern or even John McAfee, the people MSM blacks out, you will have a harder time is hearing what they have to say. We learned nothing from the McCarthy era, and now we see the party who opposed them, acting just like the hysterical GOP did in those days. lol. Except this time, it isn't communists, but a nation who copied our own form of capitalism. It seems people have forgotten that russia isn't communist, nor do they have a communist revolution they are backing, and that ever since their implosion we have had american and other western businessmen operating in russia, and suddenly what was perfectly fine and normal seemed to have changed overnight. And all because hillary got beat by trump! And the dems could not admit they were stupid in choosing her in the first place, after she was beaten prior by a dude with a muslim name. So russia becomes their scapegoat.

If you ask the people who are hysterical about russia here, to show us a video of what makes russia so bad, with their RT, no one ever does that, to show us the evidence. But when do these people actually need evidence on which to back their beliefs? Who needs evidence? For it is more than enough to mimic Kipling's monkeys, with, "we all say so, so it must be true. Well, we should expect that coming from monkeys, but I thought human beings were thinkers? I thought evidence meant something? And a lack of evidence also meant something?

 

Sure it is. We live in a post 1984 Orwellian america, and so few can see it, or even care.

All that I know, if when you limit or try to limit all sides of a story, you become what we lost many lives over, in fighting against.

This is McCarthism pure and simple. Margot may not trust her own brain, to sift through info, and reaching a conclusion using her own intellect, but some of us in america are not afflicted with what Margot is afflicted with. And we want all of the info available, since we trust our own brains, and do not need someone else to tell us what to think.

A republic should have a free flow of information, but only an authoritarian gov't and nation would fear all sides of a story being reported on. Censoring is what you see in NK, China, and the old USSR. Anyone with a non brainwashed mind knows this. Anyone who understands the importance of information knows this. That some of us do not know this is a huge problem. And going down this road is against everything we have stood for as a nation. So the only question is, what is next? How much do we become like the old USSR? Our politicians and some of our people must have seen something about the control of the USSR over their people, that they loved. One thing is for sure. If a gov't can control the information, they control their people. Never forget that, in your silly tribal partisanship.

Being an american and serving this nation in vietnam, I am shilling for america, over those people who want to control our information so they can sell us the official story with ease. Truth is, since MSM will black out these americans, but RT puts them on, this means RT is trying to destroy the US by putting these americans on. And MSM is protecting america from these americans, and their contrary voices, for your own good. Just like the USSR would have done, within russia long ago. That we are emulating the old USSR is the fact of the matter. While our leaders are pissing on our legs, while declaring it is raining.

If we keep going like this, americans will have no need for brains one day. You just think what you are told to think, and do as you are told, and you are the perfect citizen. Just like the robots who will be making our consumer goods.

Right now we're at odds with Turkey, and with the legitimate government of Ukraine before the coup, so Flynn and Manafort are being prosecuted.
