I think she's bummed today, that she couldn't figure a way to funnel it into her political PAC.... Now that she isn't on the board.. Bad day..

employment is at the will of either party in our at-will employment States.

equality and equal protection of the law means a Person should qualify for compensation for capitalism's natural rate of unemployment.

Simply ensuring Capital circulates must improve the efficiency of our economy due to that more, full employment of capital resources.

Solving simple poverty promotes and provides for the general welfare.

You don’t think employment, investment, and tax revenue, is great step towards promoting the general welfare?

    1) yes that's true....in all States really...we have the 13th Amendment, we can't force people to work. On the otherside, we don't force people to hire people either.
    2) So what rate is that? What sort of compensation at that rate? I thought you were talkign about unemployment benefits....apparently you are not....Not quite sure how the theory of the natural rate of unemployment, deals with welfare or compension here....why don't we deal with reaiity instead of Fredman's theory? So how are people not equally protected by the laws in our current unemployment system?

Capitalism is not Government. We have the socialism of Government for social reasons not purely capital reasons.

Compensating for capitalism's natural rate unemployment must lead to more efficient capital markets due that more full employment of capital resources.

Solving for simple poverty in a market friendly manner is more cost efficient than actual welfare as we currently know it.

Your guessing and not a fact. I do know that NY will never find out and has lost 25,000 jobs, 27 billion in tax revenue, and tons of additional jobs and revenue from service business's that would have popped up to service Amazon. Brilliant I say brilliant, fight to keep the area poor.

    lousy management does that.

The socialism of States and Statism creates forms of wealth by merely existing.

    Stop sputtering nonsense.

Socialism is perhaps the only ideology that people are asked to judge solely based on its piddling "successes." LOL!
Don't you dare mention Albania or Algeria or Angola or Burma or Congo or Cuba or Ethiopia or Laos or Somalia or Vietnam or Yemen or Venezuela or Cuba, well, any other of the dozens of other inconvenient places socialism has been tried. Not when there are a handful of Scandinavian countries operating generous welfare-state programs propped up by underlying vibrant capitalism and natural resources. Capitalism pays the bills & socialism is the dumpster fire that burns the wealth.

Let's examine wealth creation / distribution: In the last 2 decades capitalism alone has risen over a billion people out of poverty. Today, in former socialist states like India, there have been big reductions in poverty thanks to increased capitalism. In China, where communism sadly still deprives more than half its people of their basic rights, hundreds of millions benefit from a system that is slowly shedding socialism. Since the fall of the Soviet Union, the extreme poverty rate in the world has been cut in half. And it didn't happen because Southeast Asians were raising the minimum wage. In the US, social welfare has cost over $21 TRILLION since the advent of the donks "great society," and yet the number of people living in poverty that had been declining each year since WW2 stagnated, and has not dropped appreciably since.

Private property works due to the "wealth created by States and statism providing the legal framework" for private property rights.

I love useful dummies that call people idiots. I bet you didn't know that NY tech jobs average $129k a year. So you tell me all knowing business titan, how much were they going to average and how do you know and who's lying, the Dem Governor, Forbes, or CNBC? Please tell us do you actually own a business, I doubt it based on your post alone, most people that own a business do a little research before putting their ignorance on display.

Yes, AOC really screwed the NYDP, the NYCDP, and Amazon/WaPo/Bezos. A trifecta for the RP and Trump.
It sure looks like AOC is colluding with the Republicans. Say it ain't so! ;-)
