Biden knows there’s an invasion by illegals, why wouldn’t he when he invited them to come here. The illegals are being used as a diversion by the cartels, while border agents are sidetracked by chasing down and processing them the violent cartels do their thing. It needs to stop. We have deadly drugs killing tens of thousands of Americans each year and most of those drugs come here through Mexico. Look at the screen shot below, 518 known deaths at the border this year, and that’s just the ones we found. Add in the rapes and sexual assaults and it’s horrific what Biden has done, he created a humanitarian crisis. Thoughts and prayers, right? These Texas counties are doing what Biden won’t do and that is protect America and American citizens. We are not responsible for what occurs outside of our border, if the illegals can’t hack it in their home countries then they should take a lesson from yesterday’s holiday and fight back otherwise it will continue to go on.
This is one of the few areas I agree with the right — we need permanent solutions to secure our border even if it comes down to military force. Place tariffs on Mexican goods until they start enforcing their own border. Put massive federal penalties on companies that hire illegal immigrants.
This gets interesting. The president can pretty much unilaterally dictate immigration policy, but AFAIK he constitutionally must protect states against invasion.
We've been under invasion for many years. Now we have mexican gangs roaming all over town stealing cats of vehicles, doing robberies and home invasions, and generally making life miserable for anyone who drives a car. We spend 850 million PER YEAR for this torture. When I was an leo we called border patrol when we found them. They'd send a van to pick them up, but it took forever. Now they inhabit every Lowe's and Home Depot parking lot. It's really sad, especially those who they "hit and run" or FSRA, which happens every day.
Every six months for seemingly forever, we hear from the right, especially their media, that America is being invaded, that caravans are flocking across the border, ISIS terrorists are sneaking in, M13 gangsters slipping in, at one time, Ebola patients, lately Covid infected, etc., etc., etc. And life goes on, with hardly a ripple

How many midnight shipments off illegals did Biden send to your town? Did you see the graphic stating over 500 dead illegals at the border? The left cried, and i mean cried, about kids in cages, but 500+ dead bodies doesn’t raise any concern at all.
Leftists have a funny definition of invasion. Non native plants and animals getting a foothold of an area, it’s an invasion. Non native people getting a foothold of an area illegally, it’s called diversity.

We have more illegals invading us than Ukraine has Russians invading them. One is considered a war, the other will lower our crime rate.

I checked the requirement: Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution states, "The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion;......" This would supersede any statute on immigration. The irony is the invasion of the states is being abetted by the federal government.
