    Exactly, it doesn't outlaw ANY guns, which is why it would be unconstitutional for RADICAL O'Rourke to take away people's guns!

    The assault weapons ban ran out but not declared unconstitutional by the SC.

    The Constitution does not outlaw any weapons. You must agree, right? Therefore nuclear weapons are Constitutional to build and posses. So if you or I or really scary scenario if Soros or Bezos had the money to build nuclear weapons that would be Constitutional. You agree?
