~ Someone spends time and money to maintain this website so people can share opinions and have discussion - as long as we are civil to each other. That's why it's here in the first place. That's why people volunteer to moderate. That's why we donate to keep it around .
It's not all about you ...

And posting what you did with her money at her request didn't devalue you or your wife.. What's the truth, It was the negative and mean spirited posters and their posts that did that!

This site has become a very caustic environment..

I've seen too much money go to the Jim Bakkers of the world.

I give food and other supplies to a food bank run by a local church. Every time we take a trip to the grocery store we buy $50 worth of stuff to give them

~ That is the best way to do it. Avoid cash when possible and instead give the actual goods/merchandise/services needed.

Virtue signaling much? I thought that's what leftists did.

In any case, maybe you can tell us next how you evaded taxes for decades, costing the tax payer a lot more than the $1,200 government check you are supposedly not cashing (if that is even true). Is that what a "good man" does?

Agreed. It tells you to go about your business and not brag to others about it.

I think it's a good idea to post it, perhaps someone else will be motivated to do the same thing. Celebrities do that crap all the time.

I gave half of mine to Cowboys against Cancer and the other half to the Young at Heart senior center. Not for bragging rights but because CAC did quite a bit for my wife while fighting cancer right up to the day she died, I feel an obligation there.. And I also see the need to help the elderly not as fortunate as I am and take pleasure in seeing 100's around the county have three meals a day delivered to the their doors everyday and walk in meals at the center..

I guess you could call me and the other poster people the leftist claim to be and how they would like the entire U.S. to behave ;)

looks like he did not get his signature on it, just his name in the memo portion, he must have gave up on signing it - just trying to steal the credit all to himself, but that is Trump
