This really is getting beyond ridiculous. Trump screams fraud, Giuliani files a suit, appears before a judge, says it's not a fraud case, and the judges send him packing.

Sure, you can sue anyone for any reason, but at what point, does someone say, "Enough. You've produced zero evidence. Go away already!!"

    ?

I know Trump has been having SCOTUS dreams, but he doesn't seem to understand that he appointed conservative judges; not republican nor Trump worshiping judges. There's no way they get involved in cases where lower courts found no evidence at all. Especially given that this is 100% a state's rights issue.

When the judge asked Rudy if this case was a fraud Rudy had one option to stay out of jail himself; he had to answer truthfully. The problem is the golden shower idiot that puts his flunkies in impossible situations.

Exactly. One of the judges he appeared before asked him if he likes his standing with the bar.

Rudy, when asked if there were really no watchers at the counting place? "There were a non zero number of watchers."

That's really all we need to know.

Funny how lefties think this is over and anyone bringing a lawsuit (other than the 300 dem lawsuits before the vote to try and change the voting laws in court) should be disbarred.

When before a judge on the "no republican watchers," case, the judge was asking Giuliani to clarify what he meant. Rudy: "There were a non zero number of republican watchers."

The judge, at that point, asked Rudy if he liked his standing in The Bar.

Of course ignoring the obvious. The courts are basically punting to SCOTUS.

Yeah, about that. Pascrell is a ****ing idiot. He doesn't have a clue about what he's doing. It's just more hysterical flailing by another extreme left wing political hack. It's not surprising to see leftists fall for his BS. Thanks for the chuckle.

NJ Dem called out for 'nasty' bar complaint against Giuliani, other Trump lawyers
Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr.'s complaints may have been sent to the wrong court

"The New Jersey congressman did not provide any specific examples of any "dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation," on Giuliani's part, but he accused him of aiding President Trump in what amounts to "sinister arson" in the form of undermining public confidence in the election process.

Typically, after the grievance committee receives a complaint, a staff attorney examines the allegations to determine whether or not it warrants investigation. If they determine to look into it further, they would notify the subject of the complaint and have them respond. Following an investigation, the complaint may be dismissed, it could result in a letter of advisement or admonition, or for more serious allegations there could be a formal disciplinary proceeding that may lead to public censure, suspension of the attorney's license, or disbarment.

Pascrell's complaint against Giuliani, however, may be dead on arrival for being sent to the wrong court. It was addressed to the State of New York Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, which are part of the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division for the Second Judicial Department. Those districts cover Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. When contacted by Fox News, the court said that because Giuliani's law practice is located in Manhattan, any complaint should have been filed with the First Department."

Congressman’s Complaint Seeks to Disbar Rudy Giuliani for ‘Series of Absurd Lawsuits,’ But It Likely Won’t Go Anywhere

"Levin also said that Pascrell incorrectly filed the complaint against Giuliani in New York’s Second Department, where Giuliani was admitted, when it should have been filed in the First Department, where his offices are located.

Other lawyers were very clear that there is zero chance Rudy Giuliani or Sidney Powell are going to be disbarred for the behavior on Thursday. That kind of punishment, Gabriel Malor noted, is reserved for criminal behavior."

Nothing like a good Democrat to lambast acceptable, ethical and desirable legal practices to further his own blind agenda.

Yeah, some Republicans do the same thing. Democrats do not have a monopoly, they are just more prevalent and likely.

Frivolous lawsuits have always been 'legal'. Ethical? Depends on your ethics, and even then it's a moral judgment, not a criminal judgment. I think the most level headed person during these four years has been Trey Gowdy. We've got to stop using the justice system to attack our political opponents.

I am from NJ, didn't care for Christie, but in his own words, this is a national embarrassment, on that he is correct. !!!!

Yeah and that level headed person Trey Gowdy never used the justice system to go after political oppenents. Do you read your own posts let alone fact check them !!!!!
