What of individuals such as Rayshard Brooks, who decided to commit felony assault on a law enforcement officer, simply to avoid being arrested for violation of their parole for operation of a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated state? Do such individuals simply not exist outside of the united states? Or do other nations allow for the operation of motor vehicles by individuals who are in an intoxicated state? He was a convicted felon, and yet his name is on the list cited on the part of yourself.

Can a private individual in the nation of Scandinavia freely assault a law enforcement officer because they have no desire to be arrested for committing a crime?

    Very telling.

When you get a chance and can take a break from digging for anti-gun information, look up the term leech.

Using such terms to refer to Humans who can not sustain themselves is beyond wrong. I would have been much better off without Autism, but that was not my choice.

Rayshard Brooks may have been murdered by Police.

Scandinavia also has prisons, but they are humane.

Why do you think that people in the USA wish to kill so much?

American culture and tradition of disregard for Human Rights. The fact that people who need help get nothing. Hurt people hurt people.

Maybe they can place it right next to the Victims of Abortion memorial.

Get educated about what is happening in the UK, before posting BS.

Almost 10,000 gun crimes were committed in a year in the UK, despite the country being known as “gun free” due to its “strictest gun control laws in the world.” Britain has seen gun crimes rise by “27 per cent in five years and the number of firearms seized has quadrupled.”

I think he is using the word "leech" to describe those who REFUSE to sustain themselves. That's how I interpret it.

I think some home invading thug being cut down by a homeowner is a good thing.

Answer the question as it has actually been presented to yourself, and cease the deviation. Can a private individual in the nation of Scandinavia freely assault a law enforcement officer because they have no desire to be arrested for committing a crime?

To take without contributing is known as leeching, why should they get anything without contributing something toward it?

    Leech

A person who extorts profit from or sponges on others.
‘they are leeches feeding off the hardworking majority’
    intransitive verb
    [no object]

    Habitually exploit or rely on.

‘he's leeching off the kindness of others’

    1) Scandinavian police rarely respond with deadly force.

    2) Arrest in Scandinavia is not that horrible.

And the mentally and physically disabled would not be cared for by their lodge members? Or their church? Or their parents?

Many but not all. Many people really need government help.

The rich can easily survive being taxed as in Scandinavia.

I'm not a fan of using violence to take the property of my neighbor, so I think it would be better for those who are concerned to support those for whom they have the concern.

The government should govern, which is the one thing it can do: police, courts, military. We people can do everything else voluntarily.

Then they should be supported if possible by those willing to help them, or fade away.

If they contribute nothing, they are in no place to demand they be taken care of and the reality is society cannot afford to take care of them anyhow.

Do you have any personal experience with that or are you now making up more false stories?

The title is all wrong. It should read:
