"DENVER - The attorneys general of Nebraska and Oklahoma sued Colorado in the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday, arguing state-legalized marijuana from Colorado is improperly spilling across state lines." http://www.9news.com/story/news/loc...d-by-neighbors-over-legal-marijuana/20604305/ Link to lawsuit: http://www.scribd.com/doc/250506006/Nebraska-Oklahoma-lawsuit The Colorado voters spoke, and Amendment 64 to our constitution does not promote interstate commerce. That's still illegal under federal law. If Nebraska and Oklahoma (what little tiny border Oklahoma has with us) have a problem with it, they can enact their own laws to deal with anyone crossing into their jurisdiction. States have rights, but as with all rights, they only extend so far as to not infringe on someone else's (or another state's) rights.
I wonder what percentage of Colorado's population is from California now? As destructive as that unregulated immigration is we should have demographics on it.
Seems reasonable that Colo should share their "windfall profit" and give it to the other states so they can enforce their laws.
