    https://slate.com/news-and-politics...risma-biden-dirt-fire-ukraine-ambassador.html

This new evidence appears to illustrate that the Trump administration sought another Quid Pro Quo - specifically with the previous prosecutor (Lutsenko) and President (Poroshenko). Apparently Trump sought Lutsenko for dirt on Biden and Lutsenko sought the dismissal of Yovanovitch.

Indeed, there is a WhatsApp message from Lutsenko where he informs Parnas, who is under federal indictment for campaign finance violations, that he has copies of payments Burisma made to an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden. Lutsenko says, "“It’s just that if you don’t make a decision about Madam—you are bringing into question all my allegations. Including about B."

Time to get Parnas and Giuliani on the witness stand!

Sounds like he was trying to have her killed! How long before republicans tell us the president can murder any ambassador he wants?

Can Rudy claim attorney client privilege or does the client have to make that claim? It’s not the lawyers privilege right?

The right does belong to the client, but Giuliani can refuse to answer because it would violate A/C Privilege. If that privilege gets explicitly waived by the client or if the communications were in furtherance of the commission of a crime, then Giuliani would not be able to assert it as the reason for refusing to answer.

It's loony to believe this crap. In this age of information, if something this big was true, it would've been headline news seconds after it happened. I know it. You know it. And everybody else knows it.

Failure to comprehend my post is what's goofy.

"show Rudy Giuliani was actively soliciting information on Burisma and Joe Biden’s son Hunter even before the interactions with newly elected Ukrainian President"

This means it was already done, supposedly. If it was already done, this "news" would have been released seconds after it happened. Not today.

You guys get nothing more than hopes and dreams from your news cycles that give it to you to keep y'all at bay.

I’m sorry, your explanation makes less sense than your original one. How would it have been “released”? Do you find criminals often issue press releases of their latest crimes?

    Huh?

Yet, Another Epically FAILED Attempt at "Logic".

Just b/c something has "already happened" DOESN'T mean it is going to (immediately) be Front Page News.

    Totally LMAO.:bored:

I read the whole article.......sounds like a definite maybe. Besides none of it will matter as all Trump has to do is exert executive privilege over his conversations and documents with the witnesses the Democrats plan to call into the Senate hearings. The Biden's won't be so lucky.

Like lying to a Federal Grand Jury and encouraging a witness to lie if called as a witness in front of said Federal Grand Jury? Like that?

Trump in October claimed that he did not know Parnas and Fruman.

Trump, also in October, waived attorney-client conflict by approving Giuliani to represent Parnas and Fruman.

Executive priv? So he spoke to Parnas? Besides, Parnas doesn’t have to play along. He’s showing he doesn’t plan on it.
    Plus, crimes aren’t covered.
