This new evidence appears to illustrate that the Trump administration sought another Quid Pro Quo - specifically with the previous prosecutor (Lutsenko) and President (Poroshenko). Apparently Trump sought Lutsenko for dirt on Biden and Lutsenko sought the dismissal of Yovanovitch.

Indeed, there is a WhatsApp message from Lutsenko where he informs Parnas, who is under federal indictment for campaign finance violations, that he has copies of payments Burisma made to an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden. Lutsenko says, "“It’s just that if you don’t make a decision about Madam—you are bringing into question all my allegations. Including about B."

Time to get Parnas and Giuliani on the witness stand!

The right does belong to the client, but Giuliani can refuse to answer because it would violate A/C Privilege. If that privilege gets explicitly waived by the client or if the communications were in furtherance of the commission of a crime, then Giuliani would not be able to assert it as the reason for refusing to answer.

Trump, also in October, waived attorney-client conflict by approving Giuliani to represent Parnas and Fruman.
