    pour a wide swath of napalm along the border, (we have plenty), as they approach light it, then begin firing non-lethal rubber bullets through the flames...

    Yes, the asylum process needs repair, the current practice of releasing applicants pending a determination of the merits of their claim results in tens of thousands of unverified applicants allowed into the US, and the inadequate enforcement capabilities allows these applicants to get jobs, establish themselves and change the circumstances that should apply to their claims. The asylum process would be improved if once an immigration officer finds a credible claim, a hearing is scheduled before the applicant is released. I just can't see the critical left supporting such a reform.

    Huh? Who is trapped how? The president sent military and resources to prepare for the impending invasion, and discussed the importance of border security during the election cycle... why would he be addressing it while they march here like the walking dead? What would you like him to say? "This is still bad, and it's really gonna suck when they get here..."

    What kind of update are you looking for? Notice the MSM has been equally vocal?
