If there was reason to believe that Biden was involved in some nefarious conduct with Ukraine, and President Trump asked them to help investigate that, there's not a thing wrong with that. The fact that Biden is a political rival becomes coincidental...

Cabinet officials serve at the pleasure of the President and if they do not like his policies or positions then resign, they are not there to undermine him and his policies.

As a politician (No, I'm NOT) it seems unwise to take sides at this point because Haley clearly has higher ambitions. Why ruffle feathers? Having said that, she was correct in her advice to colleagues that second guessed Trump. However, there is a caveat. What if a staffer shoved a sock in Trump's mouth before he made that Ukrainian phone call.

There is one helluva big issue here, a couple actually. Why does the Trump White House leak like a busted thermos in deep space? What happens if Trump were allowed to freewheel, like now?
