No criminality in Clinton emails - FBI

What non Hillary supporters have a problem with is that we have put people in jail, and are still doing it, for doing less than Clinton did. So millions of people think we have a two tiered justice system, where only the non elites get indicted for the mishandling of classified material.

We already knew that Hillary was not going to be charged with anything in regards to classified info being on a private less secure server. So if comey found more classified info, this would not change anything. It could have been hundreds of classified emails, but he had already decided since there was no intent involved, in the mishandling, she was not guilty of breaking a law. Yet who else has been allowed this leeway? We know of no one else. So, something stinks about it, it looks like corruption within the DOJ, and that is a rational and honest opinion.

NO ONE, not a single person has ever mishandled classified info, put it on a less secure server, or a personal computer they took home, and NOT been charged. NO ONE. So what do you expect a rational brain to think? Looks like corruption, and it is corruption, a two tiered justice system which protects the high elites in the political system.

Next thing is, the Hillary democrats will think what the DNC did to sanders, and their collusion with some in the MSM are perfect democratic principles too. But rational minds will reject that as well. What this cycle has revealed is the corruption of the democratic party, the Obama admin and MSM, a one body with two heads, working together in corruption. The America in the time of Nixon would have seen this clearly. Not today though, for only a part of America have the brains to see it. The rest of America have been frog boiled into stupidity.

Then why did he initially state it would take weeks if not months to review them? Assuming that as the Director of the FBI he would know what resources were available before making that statement?

Great Trump can appoint special investigator/s and by the rule of law not partisanship convict her, Bill, Chelsea , Cheryl Mills, Podesta and about 100 others. Since the emails were the ONLY thing Clinton has been investigated for by the FBI - in spite of Drumph's and Breitbart's wet dreams - clearing her of these emails means that she has been cleared of any and all wrongdoing by the FBI. Having worked with the stuff Hillary mishandled, believe me, anyone else would have had their security clearance immediately revoke if not sooner if TS SAP or SCI information was found on an unclassified, read NIPR network. One can only view this stuff inside a SCIF or ACE, it is a self contained network with no interfaces outside of the network itself. Someone had to have clearance, access, had to either write down that information inside a secured SCIF or ACE or had an authorized thumb drive to physically take that information outside of the SCIF or ACE, which is totally unauthorized knowing they were violating several U.S. security regulations and then reintroduce either by typing or using the thumb drive that TS SAP information into a unsecured network.

Civilians or folks who never worked with this stuff don't know all the precautions taken. To totally give a pass whether to Hillary or those who did her dirty deeds shows partisan politics, the need to defeat Trump outweighs protection national security. Anyone else would have indeed be brought up on charges and would have never had a security clearance again. She is totally above the law. That is as long as the Democrats are in power.

Let's face it - we have a corrupt, two-tiered "justice" system because the "rule of law" in this country no longer exists - we are now a nation that is governed by the arbitrary fiat of government officials who routinely violate the Constitution and the law and shield each other from prosecution. Worse yet, as the late Antonin Scalia pointed out shortly before his death, they have rendered meaningless the language in our laws and transformed our tricameral system of government from one that checks and balances government power to one that advances and entrenches government power.

Our federal government is literally out of control, and tomorrow a slim, venal majority of the electorate will put its stamp of approval on it by electing the most venal politician in America.

It is exactly true. Having Hillary defeat Trump is much more important and the number one priority than protecting this nations secrets or classified national security information. Plain and simple.
