.... a single file "invasion". It's far more thoughtful and efficient.

Aren't "murder" and "homicide" the same thing? Sincere question. If not, please explain.

    https://www.alexhernandezlaw.com/Blog/2017/June/Legal-Difference-between-Murder-Homicide.aspx
Homicide is when one person kills another, while murder is homicide with intent (pre-planned). Murder is not defined by common law, rather it is defined by statute. However, homicide has quite a different connotation and results in different legal ramifications, sometimes none at all.”

It all boils down to intent

It is their duty to release the report as soon as possible, why haven't they?

Give me a better reason? Why do you think there are so many articles out there calling it into question.

Why did the Democrats put in the article that he is responsible for the "murder" of this officer? They relied on "reports" and "unnamed sources" and made a charge of murder on that basis? Did they have the testimony of the reporters verifying their claim, did they investigate the claim at all? Do you think "unnamed sources" are allowable under rules of evidence in a government proceeding to sanction a private citizen?

NO. A murder is a homicide but a homicide is not necessarily a murder. If you kill someone in self defense a homicide has occurred but you did not commit a crime. If hunter in the woods fires at what he thinks is a deer but in fact another hunter and that hunter dies the first has committed a homicide and would be charged with negligent homicide but not a murder.

Don't see why not. Don't the Democrats make up rules as they go along to suit their purposes?

Is it though? In some places, autopsy reports are considered part of a medical record and therefore specifically can't be released to the public by default. I don't know what the laws around this in DC are. Do you?

Better reason for what? You just made a stand-alone assertion.

Did they? I've no idea, that wasn't relevant to the comments I was making.

He said he got pepper sprayed, that's a pretty god indication that he got pepper sprayed, unless he was lying about being pepper sprayed

So 4 out of 5 deaths in the riot were from natural causes and the 5th was an unarmed white woman shot by a police officer?

One more reason not to put Pelosi on the stand and ask her: "How much do you have to do with hiding Officer Sicknick's cause of death from the public."

For all the "death in combat" honors, he is suspected to have died of natural causes, possibly off site. There is no credible evidence he was assaulted. If there was, it would have been part of continuous MSM and House impeachment video.

They believe the bear spray that one of the insurgents unloaded on officer Sicknick is what killed him.

    Oh really?

    I hadn't heard.:bored:

    From THURSDAY:

    http://www.politicalforum.com/index...ice-officer-brian-sicknick—here’s-why.584992/

^I would recommend that Original Thread for any "input" that you may be seeking on this (recycled) topic.

    You're Welcome.:flagus:

Anyway, since threads are being recycled, I might as well post my comment from the Original Thread (just so I have easy access to my post, so that I can revisit it when a 3rd and 4th Duplicate thread is started on this Same Topic).

    So, on-topic:

The "Bear spray" theory is gaining steam.

    Carry on.:salute:

That can be and likely is the agent of death. Bear stray sprayed at police may seem "natural"'to Trump Terrorists or Trump supporters but not by good honest people.

I wonder how bear irritant compares with OC or pepper spray. I know it comes out with greater force. Probably sucks if you aren't braced for it when you get sprayed.

Well, compared to the Portland folk it was far less dangerous, much shorter and no private property was looted or burned!

So there is that bit of reality!
