    Also, when are motar shells ever accurate enough to target one person?. I'm sure that the NK could have come up with a more torturous and accurate method of execution

    It's an artillery shell - why would it have to be accurate enough to target one person when it could obliterate an entire group of people?

    Other reports say that he was executed via firing squad (did they miss?) and it happened 9 months ago and the sources also use "allegedly executed". There have been cases when those "executed" in NK have suddenly reappeared (Pak Nam-ki).
