If the US elimnated the use of minority words such as White, Black, Asian, Muslim, GAY , lesbian or Hispanic from any laws and just used the words 'US citizen' to apply to everyone irrespective of color race or creed. Wouldn't life be so much simpler and a lot fairer all around. It would be more Constitutional that way, IMO. After all, all citizens of USA are either immigants or descended from them, except perhaps Native American Indians. Oh! Sorry! maybe a lot of lawyers would find themselves unemployed.
