Trump goes from being briefed early on in his presidency about Russian hacking, holds zero national security meetings about the problem, all the while calling it a hoax, to suddenly changing his mind that Obama colluded with the Russians. President Obama has admitted that he and his staff conspired to cover up information leading them to believe Russia was manipulating the election. Apparently they believed this was Russia trying to help Hillary so kept silent in a conspiracy to obstruct justice. However, when it turned out Trump won, then they sounded the alarm with it turns out their conspiracy had backfired on them.
