IIRC, he said that he refuses to resign because he didn't do anything wrong (or something to that effect). I've heard several men basically say that this kind of thing is acceptable because women wanted to join the workforce. So, essentially, the "she's at fault because I can't keep the interaction professional." I've also seen this kind of thing on college campuses with male (predominantly) professors lording over co-eds as some kind of job perk. Same deal.

 

IMO, Cuomo should not resign.
He was elected to serve as Governor and should remain in office until his term expires or until the legislature removes him.

Cuomo is still going to deny any sexual harassment wrongdoings and keep denying it to the end. There may be evidence and Cuomo ought to be put in jail if found to be proven to be guilty. He should be sentenced to jail and put away for some time. I don't know if he'll learn from this but he join Bill Cosby in the same jail cell. But Cosby is out of jail.

 

Cuomo might not be able to survive this. There are too many calls from within his party to resign. Then there's his explanation which basically blames the victims. That certainly didn't help.

The release of that bizarre video showing him kissing and groping people as if it's just how he normally acts was not a smart move.

 

Jail? Did he rape anyone or get accused of rape by anyone? Were any of his victims under age?
