People in NY are receiving ballots with the wrong name on them. When they call and question what's going on, they're told they'll receive another ballot in the mail. So what's to stop those people from sending in both ballots? Either there will be a lot of double votes by the same people, or a lot of valid ballots will be questioned and tossed. https://twitter.com/barry/status/1310687550428897282
It'll take months to sort this BS out, meanwhile Nancy is preparing the House to vote on a President.
They can send in both of them, but only ONE will be counted. There are a lot of failsafes (barcodes, etc.). This is certainly nothing for anyone to get their knickers in a twist over.
Nothing. It's when the ballots arrive that they would be thrown out. That's how it works. This really isn't anything. The doubt will only come from the losing side.
If there is an only a way around these problems. My solution is a bit off the wall, and I doubt it will catch on, but I just plan on voting in person like I have for decades. Like I said, it probably wont catch on.
This happened in Virginia as well... Lot of errors trying to kick start a mail in voting process during a pandemic. I'm all for mail-in voting once the states work out the kinks AND we get a non-corrupt USPS back in play. However, I recommend everybody physically able to, to vote in person, on election day or early if allowed in your state. My family voted early yesterday and it was a snap... fairly crowded, but a good system to move us through. 15 mins tops at the location.
What’s the problem? There is no problem voting by mail. The MSM says it’s easy and can’t be defrauded. Dems say EVERYONE should do it. Just write in any name you want. Alive, dead, your puppy....whatever. A vote is a vote and everyone is eligible.
Along with many other factors. Gifts from Democrats keep falling from the sky. Trump will make the hanging chad issue look like a picnic by comparison.
There will be problems voting by mail... Book it... The reason I know there will be is the head of the Postal Service says there won't be....
Actually, it may be more of this scenario which would trigger the 12th Amendment: Drop dead date for the electoral college is December 14th, but mail in votes are still being counted and/or contested. Unsettled states get zero electoral votes, and neither Trump nor Biden gets to 270. On January 3, the House votes for the president, but each state only gets one vote. 26 states/votes are required to win. Trump would likely win 26 states and be reelected. Next, if Democrats were to take back the Senate, they get to choose the Vice President. Would they choose Biden or Kamala (or someone else)? We could end up with Trump as President and Biden as Vice President! Thanks, Democrat leaders, for pushing mail-in voting due to a virus that isn't very deadly. So forward thinking. So progressive. So smart. https://www.rasmussenreports.com/pu...lloting_the_12th_amendment_and_impending_doom
Yeah but you know, according to MSM there is zero problem, ZERO problem with mail in ballots. So move along folks nothing to see here, but wait what about the clown with the hundreds of ballots in his car that he was taking to Omar's office to fill out. Like I said "nothing to see here folks the process is perfectly fine, move along now, move along"
It's your ballot Yip, im expecting 10's of thousands of ballots disputed that are checked, x'd, circled, highlighted and underlined and those that somehow get the ovals right will forget the envelope or fark up their names. It will make Floridas Chad disaster look easy.
10's of 1000's ? You're awfully optimistic. They're expecting 80 million mail in ballots this year. That's sixteen times more mail-ins than in 2016. If only 3% of ballots get "bounced out", that is 2.4 million ineligible votes.
What could possibly go wrong? lol I'll go in person. There are 16 early voting days totally 178 polling hours for early-voting, plus 12 hours on election day. I think I can squeeze 15-20 minutes into my schedule during October.
Wow, ya. Its going to be nuts. I actually saw a lady ask the postman about the election at my office building, how are you going to handle the volume? Well, since we already stop at every house anyway, it shouldn't be a big deal to be honest. I just laughed, but thought it was a good response.
Unless it’s not your ballot. Fill it out too. That’s whats happening. Ballots showing up at the wrong house. Nothing stopping anyone from filling them out as they see fit. Not like there’s a punishment for it. Who’ll know you voted a couple times?
