O’Malley has now apologized for including “white lives matter, all lives matter” in his statement.

that is right O'Malley doesn't think White lives matter

these race baiting George Soros funded groups are going to drag democrat candidates out of intimidation and fear so far to the left they are going to alienate that vast majority of the population to pander to these groups. It is over for democrats they have created a monster and democrats will die a political death at the hands of that monster

    You expected something different?

Read the link, look at the "liberal logic".

"Including white people isn't all-inclusive, when we're talking specifically about black death".

What a bunch of morons. And the people buying this crap are even bigger morons!

Poor Marty, after he taxed the rain he should do the honorable thing and drown himself in the Chesapeake and feed the crabs.

Sometimes dems slip up and say what they think but they soon get kicked back into line.

Issue: Black people crying at White people about how much Black lives matter.

Irony: Black people kill three hundred and eighty times more Blacks than anybody else.

    Conclusion: #BlackLivesDontReallyMatter

Except that he does, and he said so, and he did not retract what he said.

He apologized so either he apologized because he didn't mean it or he apologized for meaning it but saying it which then makes him a coward

There is a hierarchy in the progressive worldview:

The lives of sea otters matter.

The lives of bait fish matter.

The lives of goats and sheep matter.

The lives of black people matter.

    The lives of Latinos matter.

The lives of rich white people matter.

    The lives of Asians matter.

The lives of middle class and working class white people matter.

I think O'Malley is dumb as a bag of hammers, just look at how badly he screwed up Maryland's health insurance exchange. I can't imagine him being able to find his own ass with both hands, a GPS unit, a tour guide and a road map.

Any politician that apologizes for saying all lives matter should be immediately tarred and feathered.

If a politician went on record saying black lives don't matter only white lives matter they would be impeached. This is no different.

He certainly did retract what he said. He doesn't have a chance to become president. He should have stuck to his guns and not been intimidated by those nuts. Like him or not, Trump would not have backed down and I would say, "Good for him!" But even if O'Malley was a front runner, he should have never backed down to them. It shows what kind of president he would be.

Martin O’Malley could have had a defining moment and he blew it to hell. He could have done to the democrats what Trump is doing to the republicans; shake them out of their complacency. The democrats, of course, don't want to alienate black voters hence, so no doubt, they told O'Malley to apologize, which he did. Now mind you, I don't agree with anything Trump says but he took a personal stand on an issue the GOP is scared to death of; immigration reform. This issue resonated with the right. O'Malley could have pulled a Trump and not back down...yes, white lives matter, all life matters. Someone needs to crack the lefts PC rhetoric and instead of placating people, lets open up the floor and openly discuss the elephant in the room --- black crime.

Both parties are for profit businesses looking out for their own interests first. Issues that are screaming for attention are either ignored or lightly glossed over with inane rhetoric. It's time to look beyond the duopoly for some real representation.

Stellar. And fully agreed. I don't even like Trump that much, but I'm supporting him for exactly the reason you said.

It is vital that we crack through the PC veneer - as a nation, but it's even more vital for the Democratic party. O'Malley is the perfect example of the reason why. If he behaves this way with "black" leaders, imagine how he's going to behave with "foreign" leaders.

You don't apologize to special interest groups, you remind them that they're special interest groups, and that there are bigger interests in play.

The race baiting industry is not that big of a juggernaut, to where someone like O'Malley couldn't handle it. (IF, that is, he knew what to do and how to do it)...

Hahahahaha! Live by radical leftwing Political Correctness . . . see your presidential ambitions get side tracked by radical leftists who worship their brand of P.C. Nice! One wonders if less -- er -- intensely P.C.-minded leftists are beginning to wonder about the radicals inside their own ideological movement. They certainly should be worrying.

    - - - Updated - - -

Nope. That apology was a public retraction. So far as he and Sanders are now concerned White Lives DO NOT matter . . . and so they are now once more ideologically aligned with what nowadays appears to be standard leftist ideological doctrine.

I don't understand how, as a person, you can listen to someone question your attempt to make the point that (not just black) all lives matter...

And then someone asks you if you understand why that's wrong...

And you say 'yes, it is wrong, here's why...'

How big of a (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) can you be? Like really? I bet the people at fast food restaurants tell HIM what he's going to order.

    What a weak male individual.
