    laws and the constitution apply to all inside US borders. Illegals, still are subject to US laws, and they also receive constitutional protections. This is why a hearing is mandatory, before deportation.

    Felons not owning guns, has no ****ing relevance, in any way shape or form, to any of the above.

    Which is why your analogy isn't even in the right solar system, let alone ball park.

    Legal claim? Sure. But not a single merit based reason to stay. You are legally allowed to apply to go to a University. Doesn't mean they have to accept you. You have a legal right to apply for a job. Doesn't mean they have to hire you. You have a legal right to ask someone out on a date. The person can still say NO. Why shouldn't we be able to pick and choose who DESERVES to enter this country? If you have NO documentation, NO specialized skills, NO grasp of the language, and NO MONEY, why do we have to accept you? WHY? How do YOU help us? Lay out a rational argument as to why we NEED a person like that? "because its the right thing to do" is NOT an argument. The judges should be able to laugh at all these people. The sheer fact we need to waste our resources and $millions upon $millions to even hear these cases is outrageous!!!

    To insinuate just because they show up on our doorstep it means we have to then pay to give them a lawyer, is INSANE. Its completely and totally insane when you question the logic.

    I was not aware of that the constitution applied to other countries. And since illegal aliens are not from this country no do they belong here I don't see how it would apply to them.

    It would appear that Warren Harding's administration sold oil rights to the Teapot Dome Oil field in Wyoming to several companies without soliciting bids. These companies then paid Harding's Interior Secretary, Albert Bacon Fall, an astronomical amount in exchange for the no-bid contracts.
