You promote a Birther blog, and we cite actual Judges- actual legal expert who directly refute what you say.

If you had a minute by minute account of Barack Obama's entire life, verified by the ghost of Ronald Reagan, you would still be speculating.

After all- for the Birthers- its not about the lack of information- its about the lack of incriminating information.

I did read it. What I was saying is that a blog citing Minor is not giving accurate information on what it takes to be a natural-born citizen, since Minor has nothing to do with that issue.

Minor does not resolve the issue of born citizenship. It does not rule on the issue. It does not state dicta with relation to that issue. Nothing. And the fact that the blog you link to relies upon it is proof the blog is ridiculous.

I am as much about making the law simple and easy to understand as anyone, but sometimes laypeople arguing concepts of law gives me a headache.
