Ohio Board of Pharmacy Reverses Rule, Okays Hydroxychloroquine After Governor’s Request

“The Ohio Board of Pharmacy has reversed a rule that prohibited the sale and dispensing of hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine in the state after Gov. Mike DeWine (R) asked for the reversal.

“I agree with the statement from Dr. Steven Hahn, Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration, that the decision about prescribing hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19 should be between a doctor and a patient,” DeWine said in a statement. “Therefore, I am asking the Ohio Board of Pharmacy to halt their new rule prohibiting the selling or dispensing of hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19.”

This is indeed good news! If a patient wants Hydrochloroquiene it should be between them and their doctor. The medication has been safely used for 65 years and for most any side effect if any occurs is minor.

The best way to show this is to compare deaths per capita in countries that are widely using hydroxychloroquine and those that aren’t.

Trump Derangement Syndrome has resulted in thousands of unnecessary deaths. These folks have an unbelieveably high tolerance for the death of innocents. Most studies show hydroxychloroquine can be an effective treatment for COVID-19. Countries that are widely using it early in the progression of the disease have had significantly better outcomes in mortality.
