    Same as any other property transaction, with cash. The only trouble they will have is with a mortgage, which might require a higher initial deposit.

    I believe anyone can buy property in the US. I'm sure there are parcels owned by people that have never set foot in the country.

    You're right. He's not JUST a deadbeat he's a lying, criminal fraud, as is anyone who makes even half his manifested income and pays just $750 in taxes. But hey, that's okay, if you or I did that we'd be in Leavenworth the rest of our lives but Donnie imprisons refugee's children so it's alright

    Sure they can, as long as they don't live within the U.S. while illegal :) Although I don't think your run of the mill lettuce pickers are shelling out 1500-2000 a month on a home "Far more in Cali" on a 30year fixed loan from BOA ;)

    Where do you get the apparent idea that foreigners can't do business in this country? Besides being blatantly UnConstitutional it would ruin our entire economy past fixing.

    The Japanese owned most of NYC in the 1960s but then they sold it to the Arabs who sold it back to us. We are a fairly shitty investment nowadays, it seems

    People who ruin this country while pretending to help it sicken me. Their enablers repel me no less.

    Conservatives want to put a person who takes a tv during a riot into prison forever, (and they should), but Dirty Donnie will walk free for criminally defrauding the government so as to not pay several thousand dollars in taxes even though you or I would go away for a long time.
