I am pretty sure the Portland Chapter of OWS was real. We can still smell the poop on the police cars. Also, the park they were in still hasn't been restored to its natural condition.
I'm not happy about any of the property damage or violence... but I'm very glad people went out and made the statements they did. OWS was a good thing for America overall.
I would hava join the movement but I was working and couldn't take off to break the law and travel around shouting at people who weren't listening.

No, he doesn't. He is a corporatist. He says he does, but where are his actual policies that reflect this? It seems to me that if we actually had a populist president, we would have trade reform, banking reform, HC reform that reformed price integrity, instead of making participation compulsory in a rigged system, ect. No he supports a private system, he made participation mandatory in, where the only re-distributing taking place is the wealth from middle America to corporations. OK, fine. I don't disagree here. In fact this is why I still support OWS as a leaderless movement. It may have been infiltrated, but with no command and control it can't be hi-jacked!
Right. OWS and other (revolutionary) groups have been caused to cause all kinds of revolutions in the streets. Thats what we have seen over the last years. Now historical elections are nearing (6-11), historical because the system has used three presidential candidates and three parties (TP, dem and rep) to cause three large groups to cause the highest turnout. They have propagated the masses (put them in motion politically) for the last eleven years as never before. Try to cause revolution in America (and they keep doing until they reach absolute power) The system is trying to cause the largest (red-blue) political compartmentalization (it's exually purple, because there is no difference between reps and dems, but in the minds of the masses there is)
