Painting of Cops as Pigs Hung Proudly in US Capitol

The poster said that the country will fall. He didn't say that it might fall. So if it will fall he is wasting his time and effort trying to prevent it when he is simply unable to. He said that the fall will happen despite his efforts to prevent it.

In the case of the painting if it will be removed why is the Congressman trying to prevent it? His efforts serve no useful purpose. Will all of the other paintings be removed at the same time? If not, why not? If he wants the painting to be displayed then he should put himself into a position of power and influence that will allow him to do that without negative consequences. Right now he's nothing but a slave begging for a handout from the slave master.

I do hear you, my point of my comments is to try to not continue the division of hate, which is why I suggest a museum in DC that educates Americans about these subjects from everyone's point of view.

I don't hate the south, how you would extrapolate that is beyond me. I hate the divisiveness our nation has come to, it is always a tit for tat. The confederate flag has a history to the south, and I'm sure a rich history to many, but my feelings for the Confederate flag are the same as the Mexican flag, neither are a flag of the United States, and everyone is free to fly them in their homes. The extreme left loons are trying to get rid of the US flag, they burn it, stomp on it and call it racist, which draws the line for me. Every national flag on this planet has some negativity in their history, but extremist are hell bent on destroying all societies.
