I don't know what you're implying here. You thought I support theories? What does that mean? I accept the validity of scientific theories if they are well established with observed evidence and have made their way through the peer review process. And why are you avoiding the question that I asked? Do you consider the Theory of General Relativity to be conjectural?

Uh, no, not really. Scientists living now are expanding upon the findings of those dead scientists, not the other way around.

This isn't a scientific theory. You specifically asked "why do they keep on bringing God into their equation?" So, I am not looking for the personal religious views of scientists, I want you to provide me with a person who included God into an actual scientific theory. Give me the name of a well established scientific theory that invokes God.

The same retort that I responded with above applies. However, I also have to critique Newton on his ignorance about planetary and solar system formation. We have several theories now about how the planets were "set into motion".

And yet you seem to willfully ignore the portions of the article that counterpoint the above statement:

    And my favorite:

Should true disciples of the Teachings of Jesus the Christ, have the attitude the Right does, concerning the least wealthy in our republic.

Fact. Dinosaurs existed millions of years before Humans ever walked upright
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry but that can't be classified as a fact, it is just a theory. A fact is something like this which is indisputable.

Fact: The sun is very hot.

Alpha is correct about the Dinosaurs.... Have you ever seen any dinosaur fossils?

Dinosaurs first appeared during the Triassic period, 231.4 million years ago, and were the dominant terrestrial vertebrates for 135 million years, from the beginning of the Jurassic (about 201 million years ago) until the end of the Cretaceous (66 million years ago), when the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event led to the extinction of most dinosaur groups at the close of the Mesozoic Era.

Fact: that dinosaurs lived millions of years before there were people is a fact that some cant accept because of their faith that they know more than any scientist on earth.

What such people could accomplish if they actually studied in some field, we shudder to think.

Another thing that is impossible; that you could ever be wrong in any of this. Correct?

I wonder if she has ever been to a natural history museum? I love them.. but I have also seen Dinosaur fossils in situ in the Big Bend territory of Texas.

Fact. There are more proven facts about dinosaurs than there is about the bible. We can even tell what they ate and how they died and the time period in which they existed
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Not true that there are more proven facts about dinosaurs than there is about the bible. It is just a biased statement.

Furthermore it is just speculative theories on your statement that, "We can even tell what they ate and how they died and the time period in which they existed."

You have presented no facts. Again below is an example of a fact.

Fact: The moon has no air.

    An example of a Mitt-fact. :D

    NASA

The Lunar Atmospheric Composition Experiment (LACE) deployment during the Apollo 17 mission. Image credit: NASA

An image showing the glow from sodium in the lunar atmosphere. The glow extends as far as eight lunar radii from the Moon. Glow from sodium in the lunar atmosphere. The light from the Moon's surface has been blocked by the telescope used for this image, but the size, position and phase of the Moon are shown by the superimposed image in the center. Rayleighs are a measure of brightness. Image credit: NASA Until recently, most everyone accepted the conventional wisdom that the moon has virtually no atmosphere. Just as the discovery of water on the moon transformed our textbook knowledge of Earth's nearest celestial neighbor, recent studies confirm that our moon does indeed have an atmosphere consisting of some unusual gases, including sodium and potassium, which are not found in the atmospheres of Earth, Mars or Venus. It's an infinitesimal amount of air when compared to Earth's atmosphere. At sea level on Earth, we breathe in an atmosphere where each cubic centimeter contains 10,000,000,000,000,000,000 molecules; by comparison the lunar atmosphere has less than 1,000,000 molecules in the same volume. That still sounds like a lot, but it is what we consider to be a very good vacuum on Earth. In fact, the density of the atmosphere at the moon's surface is comparable to the density of the outermost fringes of Earth's atmosphere where the International Space Station orbits

Here is another little tidbit from science. Dinosaurs are still here. Birds are descendents of dinosaurs along with many other creatures. The common Chicken is a direct descendent of the T-rex.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Next I suppose you are going to tell us human beings are descendents of ape-like creatures...eh?...lol

huhu! ha! ha! huhu ha! ha!..lol

That's correct.. Birds are descended from dinosaurs.. at least the small dinosaurs... over the past 100 million years.

Have you ever been to a Natural History Museum or seen a dinosaur fossil?

All the gathered and available evidence does indeed point to an apelike mammal as our ancestor. Nothing else makes ant sense whatsoever.

I wonder how anyone could be so detached from reality and scientific discovery.

Do you remember when they began finding fossilized dinosaur eggs in situ?

I was shocked as I never considered that they laid so many eggs.

We know that Mitt's faith is impervious to data. Nothing will matter. Ever.
People believe what they like and like what they believe.

I get it, Bruce.. but how sad that human curiosity has been squelched.. We could all still be suffering from smallpox and malaria.

And we would be if Mitt influenced the scientific community.
    So take heart.
    He doesn't.

The creos blow hard against the scientific education of your americans, and that is nothing to take lightly. They are losing in the schools, but they teach it to innocent children at home and their churches.

Its a grave cultural weakness in the USA.

This is sadly true.....but what a wonderful way to show evolution in action when they self destruct.
