I also have handled 3 firms I created. A home selling firm. Filled with state declared experts.
An appraisal firm with a staff of appraisers under my direct supervision. Also experts on home prices.
Last also by law an expert in home loans. Yes I hired licensed experts to deal with our clients wanting home loans.

Look, when you complete courses that lasted over 45 years. tell me then you are the expert. How many university graduates were taking courses that lasted 45 years? I mean at least 45 courses plus others also in college.
