Looks like the Trump lawyers have a good case and plenty of evidence of voter fraud and illegalities in the election.

The State legislature can select electors and right the ship. This election was definitely corrupt.

Why isn't the MSM and democrats interested in election Integrity?

 

Republicans haven't called for investigations into votes in states where Trump won - even though the same conditions applied to the vote in those
states - now have they? Why? Because Republicans don't really care about integrity - they're just tryin to stall the certification and raise
more money from donors. End of story.

 

Looks like the GOP in the PA Legislature isn't even on board with this. They have previously committed to honoring the winner of the vote, which is Joe Biden.

Looks like Trump has put enough pressure on the GOP state legislators, so they are doing his bidding:

"(5) Direct that, pursuant to our authority granted in
Article II of the Constitution of the United States and the
numerous illegal acts committed, encouraged and ignored by
the Governor, Secretary of State and certain election
officials, the General Assembly takes back and reserves the
power to designate presidential electors for the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania for the December 2020 meeting of the
Electoral College and withdraws any prior statement or
direction to the contrary given by the General Assembly or
any other official or body;"

To me, this looks like open treason, trying to overthrow the will of the PA people and just make the electors vote for Trump.

That "Resolution" is proposed by a Minuscule Group of Discredited GOP Legislative Tinfoil Hats, and it is destined to be LAUGHED off of the floor.

PA already certified for Biden. It's over.

 

It's nice to see someone doing something about obvious voter Fraud. Stopping count and then waking up with a flood of Biden votes was exactly the scenario the Texas White Hat Hacker team warned us about after the 2018 Texas Election that was found to be bogus with the Dominion Machines / Software. That same team has now done the Math and claim there is no way that in the six urban areas:

• Philadelphia
• Milwaukee
• Atlanta
• Las Vegas
• Phoenix
• Detroit

That the vote percents for Biden were outliers compared with the rest cities in the nation. All of those surges happened after vote counts were stopped and then a flood of Biden votes were the immediate successor to that freeze in counting. What is also important is that votes from very Red (rural) areas near those same cities were not as Red as the rest of the rural areas in the nation as well. They added and they scrubbed. The scenario that we experienced on Election Night was exactly the scenario the White Hat team warned DHS about for month prior to the election in special briefings and conferences.

As a quick point of reference, the one guy and his team that refused to go to any of those information conferences on how the Dominion solution could be hacked and our vote could be defrauded was none other than, Chris Crebbs and his Cyber-Security team with CISA. Note: Chris Krebs is formerly a Microsoft Lawyer.

Over 40 cases have been brought in COURTS and never once have the lawyers mentioned the words VOTER FRAUD in any of these court appearances where you have to SUPPLY PROOF not pure bullshit.

Let's just imagine for a moment that PA actually WOULD overturn the will of the PA people and make their electors vote for Trump. Biden would still win the election. A consequence could be the end, once and for all, of the electoral college. I would welcome it, but I am not sure Trump fans would.

 

If one state is willing to be complicit to be involved in a coup, then others may join them. Opening that door end free elections in the US and sets-up the Trump dictatorship. That is what he wants

Problem is, as others have said, this creates a roadmap to steal future elections. What if this had been like 2000 and Florida decided the election. DeSantis would have gone along with the coup.

The Electors that have been certified for Biden WILL Vote for Biden on Dec. 14th.

There is ZERO chance that those certifications will be reversed. NONE.

 

Oh, I totally agree with you. However, there is still hope that there are enough honest Republican legislators left over who will do the right thing, instead of letting themselves be pressured by Trump to try to steal the elections for him. So, even if he would succeed with PA, which I still doubt, the other swing state may not follow suit.

 

Actually Powell has but lawsuits cost money and the states themselves would have to investigate. The lawsuits are in the states that the cheating was intense due to being swing states.
