Thing is, germany could never have won those two war. Building a better tank or airplanes doesn't mean **** if you don't have the fuel to use it. Germany, like france, doesn't have that many ressources internally.

Before WW I Germany was leader of Europe. After WW I, Germany quickly again rose to be leader of Europe. After W W II Germany quickly was Nr. 1 again.
