I call them Devil Eggs... Boil eggs, Peel eggs, Find clear jar, Cover in vinegar, Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, some fresh hot pepper(of your choice), not sure what these were(will update), peppercorns, pinch cumin seed, dash coriander... A pinch allspice, and one bay leaf simmered in a bit of the mix. Splash red wine, and a bit of red food dye for effect! Put in fridge and wait at least three days for resurrection. Enjoy!
