    Yes terminal cancer
Thats what happens when gubmints become tyrannical. The constitution states straight up 'Congress shall make no law', then you look up reynolds v us and congress made a law, that flushed religion right down the tubes, and the scrotumus maximus opined its legal.

    Whats different than pre1776 britain?

You are right, they do whatever the hell they want and grant themselves immunity.

Such is the nature of reality itself. Accept it, deal with it, and move on.

Again, such is the nature of reality itself. Short of massive, widespread revolution stripping the united states down to its very foundation and starting over from scratch once again, there is nothing that can be done about it, therefore nothing ever will be done about it. The only course of action left is to simply acknowledge such as an immutable fact of the real world and move on.

Then go about removing five sitting justices of the united state supreme court, and orchestrating the confirmation of those who will rule law enforcement is the enemy of the people and must be curtailed at every turn. Short of that, short of destroying everything that currently exists in the society of the united states, no change to the status qup will ever occur, meaningful or otherwise.

The united state supreme court created the notion of qualified immunity for law enforcement officers, despite it being a concept that was devoid of any legal basis for existing. Only a future united state supreme court can rule that qualified immunity no longer applies or exists.

Then pray tell. Exactly how can elected officials go about undoing the concept of qualified immunity, which has been expanded into what it currently is today? Explain what the methodology would be to ensure this could be done, and not simply be undone by the united state supreme court when it hears the resulting lawsuit from every law enforcement union that would be objecting to such a maneuver.

and their law suit will stand on the grounds there never was any grounds, for sure a winner! (if you slip em enough money)

    Jamarion Robinson, 26

Jamarion Robinson was killed by police in East Point, Georgia, in August of 2016. He was shot 59 times after refusing to open the door of his girlfriend’s home when officers knocked. Police then kicked in the door and began firing.

Prosecutor accuses DOJ of blocking investigation into death of student shot 59 times
Jamarion Robinson, who was schizophrenic, was killed in 2016 inside a Georgia apartment.

"We've never done anything like this," he said of the lawsuit. "Our hope was that the federal authorities would cooperate and provide this office and this family with all the information about this incident. I cannot understand why they have not done it."

Robinson died in a hail of gunfire after a fugitive task force armed with weapons that included submachine guns broke down the door in the Atlanta suburb of East Point, Georgia, in August 2016, and fired more than 90 rounds "into or inside" the apartment, according to the lawsuit.

Robinson, who studied biology, had played football at Clark Atlanta University and had been transferring to Tuskegee University in Alabama shortly before he was killed. He'd recently been diagnosed as a schizophrenic, the prosecutor's lawsuit states. Except for a traffic violation, he had no criminal convictions, according to the lawsuit.

Yet again, and do pay close attention this time around.

The united state supreme court created the legal concept of qualified immunity for law enforcement officers, when the legal concept had absolutely no basis for existing at any point prior. It created something that did not exist in the united states constitution, or was even hinted at existing.

Exactly what can elected officials to roll back decades of precedent, declare that qualified immunity for law enforcement officers does not exist, and ensure the united state supreme court does not overrule and negate their efforts at doing such?

Explain such in details, rather than merely claiming it it something that can be done. Demonstrate the legitimacy of the claim being presented on the part of yourself.

Significant effort has been made to explain the logical fallacies and shortcomings that are being presented on the part of yourself. What exactly has been presented on the part of yourself that amounts to legitimacy?

The above is nothing more than an effort at avoiding the question of how elected officials can go about undoing a decision by the united state supreme court, and terminating a legal theory that was created by the united state supreme court. Meaning it is not possible for yourself to explain how to eliminate qualified immunity.

I told you I am not going to discuss it in this thread, if you wish to continue discussing it I made a thread for that purpose, ask your questions here:

More accurately you have no desire to actually engage in open, honest, or legitimate debate and/or discussion. There is no willingness to discuss what would be necessary for undoing qualified immunity for law enforcement desires. There is no willingness to do anything except scream impotently about the perceived evils of law enforcement as a whole, and throw around inflammatory terms and insults with complete disregard for all matters pertaining to facts.

The necessary steps to go about ending qualified immunity were explained to yourself, in detail, demonstrating precisely how and why such an endeavor is essentially impossible. What was presented on the part of yourself in return was nothing but angry denials and accusations of not knowing what is being talked about, with no effort of demonstrating how the steps are factually incorrect.

The lack of understanding is on the part of yourself, not on the part of myself. As a citizen of the united states, such should actually be understood by yourself.

Rights are not a percentage game. Lives stand in the balance of these Rambos and the gubmint that protects them while flushing your rights down the tubes.

Unless of course you are saying its ok if you were part of the 1% murdered?

    Here we go again;

    Today's Rambo!

Woman Was Playing Video Game With Her Nephew When Shot by Fort Worth Police

Atatiana Jefferson, had become yet another black person killed by the police, this time in the safety of her own home.

The case resulted in a rare murder charge against a police officer

She [Ms. Jefferson] had been playing video games with her 8-year-old nephew in the early hours of Saturday morning when a neighbor called a police nonemergency line at 2:23 a.m., saying he was concerned that the front and side doors of Ms. Jefferson’s house had been open for several hours.

Mr. Dean did not identify himself as a police officer before firing a fatal shot at Ms. Jefferson through the window.

It showed that Ms. Jefferson had been given no warning that it was a police officer who had crept into her backyard, shined a light into her bedroom window and shouted, “Put your hands up! Show me your hands!” immediately before firing a single fatal shot.

.....highlighted longstanding tensions in Fort Worth, where residents have frequently complained about abuse at the hands of the police.

“We’re beyond anger,” said the Rev. Kyev Tatum, a pastor at New Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Worth. “It’s trauma now. It’s unaddressed, toxic stress.”

Mr. Dean had been with the Fort Worth Police Department since April 2018, after graduating from the police academy a month earlier, according to documents provided by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement, a state regulatory agency.

Ms. Jefferson was killed less than two weeks after the conclusion of the case in Dallas, in which Amber R. Guyger, a white former police officer, was convicted of murder. Ms. Guyger shot her unarmed black neighbor, Botham Shem Jean, in his apartment last year, claiming she thought the apartment was her own.

We all know that which is clearly murder... IS MURDER.
We all also know generalising and painting all police with a very wide brush... as killers? is not a true analizational conclusion. The lefties enjoy so doing. The righties do not condone murder and accept any conclusion as long as it is true.

The point however is that system policies breeds rambos.

From the article above they note it:

"The case resulted in a rare murder charge against a police officer"

They are shooting kids in the back calling it self defense or endangerment and the system turns a blind eye and goes along with it because they all belong to the Just-Us club and can get away with it and lets them off the hook for murder, literally. If a nonLE person did the same things these rambos are doing they would rot in jail. Find just one larger city where the police dept has not bred a rambo that was let off the hook for murder.

The "Rambo" is the deep psycho state of the individual cop. The issue is to do with courts ensuring the right charge is properly dealt with. It seems as if a non-cop would easily be convicted but a cop has a good chance of getting off, just because he is a cop.

There's a lot of spin in this "news" report.

He had a gun & fired at police.
US Marshals are "strictly forbidden from" and do not carry "submachine guns."

Members of the U.S. Marshal SOG Teams are armed with Colt 9mm SMG with Knight's Armament Company suppressor, HK MP-5 9mm SMG, Remington 870 and Ithaca DS 12-gauge shotguns, .357 magnum revolver, Smith & Wesson Model 654 .45cal pistol, Beretta 9mm pistol, Remington 700 .308 cal sniper rifles with scopes, M16A2 and CAR-15 rifles.[24]
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Marshals_Service

The MP5 is one of the most widely used submachine guns in the world,[8] having been adopted by 40 nations and numerous military, law enforcement, intelligence, and security organizations.[6] It was widely used by SWAT teams in North America, but has largely been supplanted by M16 variants in the 21st century.

I guess submachine guns are standard issue.

Family of man shot 76 times by police files lawsuit

Jamarion Robinson, 26, was killed in August 2016 at his girlfriend’s home in Parkside Camp Creek Luxury Apartments on Candlewood Drive in East Point. He was shot by members of a police task force that included officers from multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S. Marshal Service, who were serving a warrant for his arrest.

Jamarion Robinson was shot and killed by a U.S. Marshals task force on Aug. 5, 2016.

Members of local civil rights organizations said at a press conference Wednesday they don’t know why police were looking for Robinson. Law enforcement authorities have said they obtained a warrant for Robinson’s arrest after he fired a gun at police during a previous confrontation.

“At the time of the shooting, Jamarion Robinson presented no threat to the defendant officers or anyone else,” according to the lawsuit, filed in federal court.
