I didn't find the "Arab mind" to be mysterious at all. They, like everyone want to be treated fairly & with respect which is not descriptive of America's "Israel First & Above All" Mid East Foreign Policy

American Jews have always been advocates for immigrants and minorities in the US.

 

There is far more criticism of Israel among American Jews than Israeli Jews. Heck, the two Jewish presidential candidates last year have been very critical of Israel's government. Thanks to social media and the internet in general, more and more people are having their eyes opened.

I think that most people here would consider "The Times of Israel" and "Newsweek" to be not only credible but pro Israel.

 

I do remember what it was like.. and Israel attacked Egypt that June while Egyptian troops were deployed in Yemen. They also attacked the USS Liberty.

 

Israel will destroy any force or country that threatens its existence.

 

That's not destroying the whole ME. Most Arabs don't care about Israel one way or another.

The problem is the treatment of the Palestinians.. It been shameful since 1950.

 

They have to stop the terror, and their living situation was improve dramatically and will continue.

 

One man's "terrorist" is another man's resistance fighter. In this case, the Palestinians are resisting the world's oldest, most brutal, foreign funded Occupation in history.
Not only is unconditional US aid to Israel illegal under the Symington Amendment, it takes away any incentive for Israel to adhere to international law and make peace.

Israel's government has repeatedly proven that it does not want peace, it simply wants more US money & more US funded Settlements.

Jake, there is not a Palestinian who hasn't lost friends, family members, houses and lands to the European Jews. .. and all during the 1950s Israel did its level best to provoke Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and the Palestinians. In 1950 they planned to forcibly expel the rest of the Palestinians to Saudi Arabia and asked the US to pay for it. Saudi Arabia was still very poor in those days.. and they were proposing the Palestinians take Saudi jobs.. even though KSA had already taken in 50,000 Palestinians.

Israel's conduct in this matter is despicable considering they sought sanctuary in Palestine.
