    What convinces you that trump is not lying to you about these "internal polls?" If they exist and they ALL show him winning, why doesn't he release them?

    Supposedly now about 38% of likely Dem Party voters acknowledge the obvious state of Biden's ever inceasing dementia. It's as if the DNC deliberately went out of their way to pick a worse candidate for 2020 than the blatantly corrupt Hillary Clinton was for 2016.

    Nah, 2018 just showed that Democrats are more proficient at cheating in local elections than nationwide. How many races had results come in late? Oh, suddenly some ballots were found......

    Mr.TLegal, you are factually wrong. Its 2020 and Donald Trump does not have a record of governance. Its just that a lot of the folks who voted for him in 2016 expected he would by 2020..

    That the DNC even had to rerun Biden is kind of nuts. What were they thinking? He's clearly not fit and declining quickly. Its actually a bit sad what they are putting him through.

    I think it's their back door way of getting a black woman into the presidency by having the V.P. step forward after a couple of months in office and become the president upon Biden's 'shocking' sudden retirement. Two problems, though; first, they obviously don't care about her qualifications since all that really matters to them is gender and skin tone, and second, Biden's mental condition is deteriorating too rapidly. They . . . miscalculated.

    Interestingly enough, your point about results coming in late is the proof of the idiocy in Trump's attacks on mail in ballots.

    The reason that those results are slower is explicitly because of the checks designed to limit fraud.

    Actually, when Biden announces, there will be those in the Dem Party that will rejoice and those that will curse him. He is delaying it as long as he can to keep the Socialist wing from bailing on the whole election.

    The down ballot theory is starting to look shaky for the Dems and they don't want another, "George Kirby," moment when Biden forgets who he selected for the VP slot.

    Of course there will be positive and negative reactions within the Democratic party to the VP nomination.

    As for the rasmussen daily tracking poll, remind me - how did Rasmussen do in 2018 with their final generic ballot before the 2018 midterms?

    Yes he did. But either you didn't dig to find out why - or you chose not to post. His reason was that it is a fool's errand to step onto a stage with someone who lies so liberally. You cannot have a solid debate with someone who cannot tell the truth. He went on to say that it would leave Biden in the position of spending his time correcting lies rather than actually 'debating'.
