I would agree with all of those popular responses. When it comes to Hillary Clinton I really can't think of anything positive I'd say about her.

Perhaps the only negative name I wouldn't apply is "Criminal" because I've not seen evidence of her violating any laws. A lot of right-wing allegation of "possible criminal" actions but all of them have been predicated by the qualification of "If this" or "If that" while actual evidence of any criminal wrongdoing has been absent.

Of course I'd encourage others to add to this list because Hillary Clinton is the last Democrat I want to be nominated by her party. Her and Donald Trump should both be booted from any consideration in the next election by their respective party because both insult the intelligence of the American voter.

She is toast. Once a politician is branded a liar, they cannot recover.

As a Republican, I'm more concerned about Crazy Uncle Joe. And he has issues of his own.

I'm not a Republican and I would be concerned, too, if he got nominated, but then I was also concerned about Romney and why Republicans would nominate such a clueless guy if they were really all that concerned about sanity.

And yes, Hillary is toast; she wasn't paying attention in 2008 when her Party leadership tossed her under the bus in favor of Obama.

Not to her degree. She's raised the level beyond Nixon's wildest dreams.

    not hardly

Hillary used private email (as do most politicians, she just was the first to use it exclusively)

Nixon was about committing actual crimes against people

Do you REALLY believe that this is the first time that she has ever lied? WOW! She has been lying all her life, but I only care about all the lies she has told since she has had any political power. You had better refamiliarize yourself with all of her and hubby's scandals. The email debacle is only the tip of that iceberg.

We'll see. It's possible several laws were broken by not protecting top secret info, etc.

But Nixon just covered up a break in of the Democrat headquarters. Hillary was probably responsible for the Russians and Chinese getting access to sensitive government information. I would argue Hillary's actions were more damaging to the U.S.

did you say that of Obama?

Your party (voting Demcorat makes you one btw) is putting forth Hillary. The faithful will vote for her even if she kills puppies on live tv.

It's not about what's best for country, it's supporting the party. So, your choice in 2016 will be to support Hillary or support what is best for the country.

Oh, a vote for a 3rd party is a vote for Hillary and you know that.

I do not believe any laws were broken, she is not responsible criminally for what other people send to her

if that were the case snowden could of sent everyone in our congress a classified email to their private emails and they would all be guilty of a crime just for getting a email in their inbox

    - - - Updated - - -

typical republican logic.... she used personal email, so she must have committed many worse scandals too

i am sure many in congress use instant message programs, SMS, VOIP, web boards, and many other forms of communication too

do we need new laws to address this electronic media? make it illegal for a politician to use any non-gov electronic media to communicate

If snowden sent them an email with classified information it would be their duty to report it immediately. If they do that, they would be good. Did Hillary do that with any of the classified material she had in her email? Nope. Guilty.

Politicians can have personal email, but cannot discuss anything classified nor have any classified files in that email. She is guilty as hell, and she knows it.

We've also learned that inclusion of classified material in emails has been a common practice at the State Department going back through several adminstrations.

Condoleezza Rice also included classified materials in her emails as Sect of State. As noted this has been a common practice at the State Department and, while perhaps not right, what Hillary was doing was "acceptable under the law" based upon prior precedent established at the State Department.

Condi Rice wasn't accused by anybody of using private e-mail, containing confidential information or Top Secret information on a private e-mail server in her home while National Security Adviser to President Bush, Jr., or as Secretary of State to his administration. She held those top positions for 8-years. Even if she did it, never came out - whereas Hillary Clinton admitted to using a private e-mail server, however, she stated no confidential or classified information was ever sent over it. If that was so, why did she refuse to give the e-mails to Congress six months ago when they asked for them? Members of Congress hold the same Top Secret security clearances as Cabinet members do on some of those committees. Than, she powerwashed the e-mail server clean of any and all e-mail traffic contained on it, however experts have been able to recover many of them, and apparently they do show she sent and received confidential, classified information over that private e-mail server as Secretary of State. It is one thing to lie to the sheeple media, and low information voter's, and deny, deny, deny, when questioned, however, it is quite another thing to lie to the FBI because they are the ones who will be asking the questions about this from now on - Mrs. Clinton will be lucky to stay away from a Federal indictment, and her political aims of going to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue as America's first female President (iffy at best in her best form to begin with), won't happen now. She won't even make it to Philadelphia and the nominating process.

Meanwhile, with all the naysayers (all of whom are media sheeple or professional politicians), they keep screaming that Mr. Trump can't be President. Man only runs billion dollar businesses; hires and creates jobs; involved in budgeting and economic policy; knows his own mind, and apparently knows the mind of America's left out, no special interest representative voters, with people like Bush and Rubio complaining he can't win. Hmmmmm.................Watch him............

On Jeb Bush: 18. What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of Jeb Bush? (Numbers are not percentages. Figures show the number of times each response was given. And on Donald Trump: 20: 20. What is the first word that comes to mind when you think of Donald Trump? (Numbers are not percentages. Figures show the number of times each response was given. This table reports only words that were mentioned at least five times.) Tot arrogant 58 blowhard 38 idiot 35 businessman 34 clown 34 honest 30 ego 29 money 29 outspoken 28 crazy 26 rich 26 showman 23 strong 20 (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) 18 joke 16 loud 16 leader 15 pompous 15 bombastic 13 egomaniac 13 loudmouth 13 racist 13 big-mouth 12 aggressive 11 buffoon 11 unfavorable 11 braggart 10 brash 10 flamboyant 9 narcissist 9 truthful 9 bold 8 change 8 funny 8 Tot hair 8 jerk 8 smart 8 ignorant 7 interesting 7 non-politician 7 successful 7 untrustworthy 7 ass 6 business 6 favorable 6 go-getter 6 moron 6 mouth 6 obnoxious 6 opinionated 6 power 6 unqualified 6 American 5 bully 5 entertainment 5 fool 5 greedy 5 loose-cannon 5 megalomaniac 5 nuts 5 ridiculous 5 scary 5 selfish 5 sleazy 5 unpredictable 5 winner 5

The Democrats love Hillary and its their party right to nominate whom they want regardless of what we think of her. At least a quarter of Republicans are in love with Trump, but again it is their party and they can nominate whom they want. Jeb Bush isn't much better than those two in my opinion.

I don't have a horse in this race yet and probably won't until the Georgia primary rolls around on 1 March of next year. But even voting in one of the two primaries doesn't mean I will back whom I voted for. I will decide that close to election day. The thing is our election system is a monopoly in which Republicans and Democrats write the election laws and they do so as a mutual protection act. If these same laws were on the books back in 1856 and 1860 there would be no Republican Party, we would have the Whigs and Democratic Parties.

Whom will I vote come November of next year, like I said I do not know. But I do know it will not be Trump or Bush or Hillary Clinton. I have voted third party in five of the last six election and if my choice two of those three, I will vote third party again. I will have no part in putting a Trump, Clinton or Bush in the White House in 2016.

The state department has been lax in security, both physical and communication or what we use to call signal for almost forever. I could tell you horror stories of what I seen on how the state department protects and disseminates classified material or what was once known as message traffic.

I don't absolve Clinton nor do I exonerate her. But I think it is one thing having and using one own personal email address and quite another have her very own private server. We will see what happens.

Remember when we were "assured that Hillary was "cleared" in the email scandal? Turns out the "investigation" was conducted by a "Close’ Clinton Adviser. These people are delusional and convinced with gullible.

That's not true, Hilary has broken the law and so have a lot of other people associated with her server. Hilary has admitted she was the custodian of the server, that means she is legally responsible for everything that goes on that server and the server itself. She also had a security clearance which required briefings and signatures on forms informing her of the rules and making her liable for violations.

Satellite imagery of a foreign nation was on her server, she emailed that imagery, everybody who has access to that imagery knows it is highly classified whether it is marked or not (and the metadata associated with the image shows it was originally properly marked Top Secret). If she removed the markings, she committed a serious offense. If she did not remove the markings but saw the image without markings, it was her responsibility as the custodian and as a person briefed and cleared for that information to immediately classify and report it and contain the server and contact all people who may have seen or had access to the information and server - she did none of that which is also a serious violation of the law.

As Sec of State, she dealt in classified and very sensitive information. As Sec of State, much of what she says and writes and emails is automatically classified at its "birth". Normally such a person has keyed cryptographic equipment on their server, equipment that is itself classified. She did not have any such equipment.

But people sent her classified information, classified information is kept on classified computers which are legally not permitted to communicate with unclassified computers. That means one of 2 things happened:

1 - someone took highly classified information off of the classified computers and deliberately put it into an unclassified system - that's a felony violation of the law, that could even be considered espionage. In order to move the classified data from the classified system onto the unclassified, that "someone" had to copy that classified information onto a memory device making that device classified, and sneak that device out of the classified area (violation), and the current location of that device and its classified data is unknown. That "someone" is no different than a spy.

2 - or people approved Hilary's server to communicate with classified computer networks, that approval requires people on both networks to grant approval, Hilary's server in no way met the requirements of a classified network, whoever (and its probably multiple people in multiple organizations) approved her server for such communication broke all kinds of laws. And if this communication happened, Hilary as custodian is one of those people.

And scrubbing the server was a huge mistake. There is no doubt that foreign nations knew of her server and email and spent a lot of effort trying to gain access. The only way to know if they did, and find out what they saw, is to study the server - but Hilary wiped it. All custodians are specifically and repeatedly told that if there is a breach or a suspected breach, then all computer equipment is to be secured, nothing is to be deleted, removed, disconnected, altered. But Hilary wiped the server multiple times and dismantled her home setup. That's destruction of evidence at a minimum.

There is so much about her server that is a flat out violation of the law, violation of security rules, and plain unethical that it boggles the mind, everyone who deals with classified or restricted information knows it too. If any of those "little people" had done even one tenth of what Hilary has done, they would lose their clearance which means their career is over, and they would face legal consequences.

I can't believe any of those people will vote for Hilary and there are a lot of them - most current and former military, employees of contractors supporting defense and state dept and treasury, government employees. Plus all those peoples families.
