or he had so many he forgot one, article doesn't really say why the gun owner left it there, or why it was loaded

I'm going to allow my bias to fill in the lines for me, subject to facts forthcoming.
    We know:
    1) yandere = big open and upfront announced red flag
    2) she's a tik tocker generally. huge red flag.
    3) she picked up a firearm that wasn't hers and unceremoniously plugged her friend with it, so she does not seem to be a forward thinking or considerate sort of person.

I'm gonna bet he fled and thought to himself: I'll buy another gun, I'm not going back over there for that she's liable to shoot me with it.

Ha! Good point. She must have been awful!

True. Never leave an unlocked firearm where a child or a Democrat can get their hands on it. She went through his things and became an example of why kids need to learn gun safety. Parents think they are doing their kids a favor by shielding them from firearms. There is no such thing as an unloaded firearm. A firearm should never be pointed at something you don't want destroyed or killed.

You make a strong case for having basic gun safety introduced in the school system. Such as class should be taught by an NRA certified instructor.

I highly recommend the following basic class for any adults who opt to own, shoot, or handle guns.

"Gun-Trained Teacher Accidentally Shoots Gun In Calif. High School Classroom"

    https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo...lly-shoots-gun-in-calif-high-school-classroom

we could require anyone to have gun training if a gun is in the house

Or maybe “how off his head was he?”

I just love how somehow it is always the woman who is at fault

Lady, she calls herself translated "murder all rivals and family members so no one can have your affection but me and pretty much stalk you and try to murder you if you don't requite my dangerous affections" girlfriend, and casually produced a pistol pointed it at a friend and pulled the trigger.
That person is a certifiable nut case.

They should not teach in our schools, how about we require those who wish to exercise political speech send their kids to acceptable political speech classes and their family members or associates and until then refrain entirely from political speech.

    See how stupid that sounds?

One is not responsible for the torts and crimes of others. There is no reasonable situation where a person finds a pistol and points and pulls the trigger at someone. That is a reckless or intentional act on their part which breaks the chain of causation.

Please refrain from speaking about legal issues if you lack acumen in the legal field.

Not at all. It's part of the problem, this carelessness with guns. Possession of them shouldn't be a deemed a "right" any more than driving a car is. Both are deserving of more respect than that, because both pose significant risks to life and limb.

    Driving a car isn't a 'right'.

Protecting your self IS a 'right', though not in the manner you try to definite as.

So is removing the rights of the majority because of the minority a positive action? To be honest, I don't even think you could defend that idea.

Demanding Government Approved Training as a requirement for firearm ownership shows that you do not comprehend the purpose of the 2A.

teachers should not be pushing their religion or their politics on students

math class should be about math, not your love or hate of left\right as an example
