    You're doing it now. Protesters don't burn building, graffiti their own communities, terrorize innocent people, but if you want to pretend, you'll pay dearly in the end.

    Bombs were not thrown at peaceful protesters. Bombs weren't even thrown at rioters although they should be.

    Yes, they seem fine with it. In the local primary, a several candidates ran for mayor. Current Mayor Wheeler got 49% of the vote and about one out of three voted for a Marxist/Communist, so Wheeler and the Communist lady are in a run-off in November.

    So we finally have a couple of liberals in here. One says it's a false flag while the other says rioters attempting to burn cops alive inside buildings are acting like cops themselves do. This is the level of the opposition and apparently their best attempts on the subject. Unfortunately neither argument is worth responding to.

    There doesn't seem to be any point to the riots, what are they accomplishing besides destruction and criminal records?

    My guess is miserable people with no life want to spread their misery to others.

    I am not saying that is not happening, but it seems the best way to remove all the violence is to remove the protests. They are just occupying space as of now.

    At 2:28 a.m., officers responded to a 9-1-1 call at Laurelhurst Park on the report of a disturbance and "bombs" going off. Officers arrived in the area and spoke to some witnesses along the Stark Street side of the park, but the witnesses did not report hearing anything. Other officers observed people in the park who were shining lights at the police before scattering out of the area.

    Several hours later, social media users posted photos (see attached) and videos of what appears to be some kind of explosive device and an explosion in the park. There has been no information shared about any reported injuries.

    There were video segments around this time last year showing how ANTIFA 'units' were receiving martial arts training in preparation for 'defending' themselves. The problem is that it takes one hell of a lot longer than one year of sporadic training in order to effectively use the stuff especially when one grew up thinking that video games were real life.

    It must be residual aura left over from when the federal law enforcement agents were in Portland that is forcing these peaceful protesting poor souls to commit these violent acts.
